They did an excellent job. They showed up when they said they would, and did a good job on all the prep work before they started painting. They were delayed one day by rain, but came the next day to finish up. The house looks good. The final cost was the same as the estimate quoted. They did clean up the yard when they left. We will use them if needed again, and would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality paint job. If the quote seems high, keep in mind that the house and detached garage are large. The house also has three upper gables that required them to get on the roof.

They were amazing and affordable. Very nice people and very quick and neat lines and clean up.

Manuel was the ideal contractor. He checked on his team of painters daily. We gave him feedback daily on the work and he ensured that his team made corrections. Manuel followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were satisfied. I would absolutely use him again.

This is the second house that Affordable Painting has done for me. All work was done is a timely manner with professional quality and materials. They cleaned up and hauled away all of their trash at the completion of the job. My lender even commented on the quality of the finished project and how well the new texture matched the existing walls.

Nothing makes me as mad as a professional who doesn't follow through. It's one thing to not show up but to not even call for a missed appointment is very unprofessional.

The first thing I like is they sent a young man to prep the wood before painting it so it would take the stain & waterproofing. He did an outstanding job prepping it. They used a high pressure water hose to prep the wood. He worked hard for almost 5 straight hours. He did his job with no problems & no complaints. He even had to cut down a couple trees that would have got in the way of the fence when they grew. The painter came the next day and used a top, high-grade material. It was a combo of Thompson water seal & Behr stain. They sprayed the fence with it and it looked good. The owner came by this morning and inspected the whole fence on the outside & looked at it. He noticed a few spots that workers missed and he was going to send someone out to take care of the issues. I got a warranty for 8 yrs in case anything fades or is messed it. I even got 2 yrs warranty on the labor. Everyone was very courteous & worked very hard. Every other places I was quoted was over 2000 and I didn't get those guarantees he gave me. They also did some small minor repairs on the fence. I've got nothing but praise for him and I've already received compliments on my beautiful fence.

Mr. Dominguez and his crew removed the popcorn from the ceiling and re-textured with skip trowel. They painted the ceiling and walls exactly as we specified. Additionally he was able to hide an ugly cable cord that previously hung down from the ceiling, and across a wall. He was able to re-route and hide the cable and there is nothing to indicate a cable was ever there! That may sound simple to the uninitiated, but my husband and I are totally impressed with the results of Mr. Dominguez's efforts! As well, we have solar tubes in the ceiling. Mr. Dominguez was able to re-affix the frame to each of the tubes so that the lens can be cleaned with minimal hassle. All of this work was done in good time. The results are beautiful. We are completely satisfied, and we recommend Affordable Painting without hesitation or exception.

the job started on time spent two days on the extior and two days on the interior. had a bad area on the ciling that wasnt right, was fixed no problem a great painter i would use again.well pleased with their work.
