Member Comments: Frank Davis and crew arrived promptly at 10:30AM and began removing the old aluminum windows in preparation for installing the new vinyl windows. Once the rough openings had been prepared, the new vinyl windows were installed and sealed. All the while this was happening, the installers were picking up after themselves. At 3:00PM when frank and his crew prepared to leave, they had removed the old windows, installed and sealed the new vinyl windows, cleaned up the front and back yards and restored the interior of the house to the way it was before the work began. About a half hour after the installers had gone, I went out to look at the installation. My first thought was that it looked like the installers had never been there and second, the windows had always been there.

Sub contractor arrived promptly at 8:30AM along with American Siding and Patio as promised. Old patio cover was taken down and stacked at side of house. With removal of old cover, many oak leaves cme down which were poromply swept up and removed. Preparation was made for installation of new cover and work continued smoothly to install the new cover. All joints wer thoroughly caulked to prevent leaks. When installation was cpmplete, old patio cover was taken away and further cleanup was done. The patio cover looks great and is something we look foreward to enjoying.
