+ -1 moreOwner showed up on time for both the work and the initial repairs and the replacement of an old heat pump. The work was accomplished in one day and the unit works well. The installation work was high quality and their were no problems.
Description of Work: Evaluate/repair old heat pump. The unit had a refrigerant leak that had and was about 30 years old. We reuested a cost for system replacement. He provided a cost in a timely manner with several options for different EERs. He was responsive and provided additional info on exact model numbers. We chose the system and selected the install date.

+ -1 moreMr Winters did a wonderful job replacing our 20 something RUUD with a Lennox . He insulated the a/c closet to help ensure it was VERY quiet since that was one of our complaints with our old unit. We can hardly tell when it kicks on now! He and his crew came early and had the entire unit switched out in a few hours. Prior to replacement, Mr Winters tweaked our old unit to prevent excessive leaking until replacement could be ordered and installed which was within a week. We are more than pleased with Winters Heating and Cooling.
