Everything was great. They were easy to work with, gave us a written quote, didn't ask for money upfront, arrived on time, finished in a very timely manner, and cleaned up before leaving. We would definitely hire them again if we ever need our roof replaced again. Some of our neighbors used other contractors and did not have the same quality experience that we had.

Representative agreed to contract to do all the above at insurance estimate plus cost of roof ridge vents and assured us he would be readily available and every thing would be done on time. He did not show up at agreed time to do contract,was late to almost all appointments, stalled on getting gutters and fascia done and still has not presented an invoice to me or my insurance after repeatedly saying he would do so. Insurance waiting to pay recoverable depreciation to close file.
