Description of Work: The service they provided was acceptable, however after they finished and were paid in full by us we received a notice from their supplier they had not paid them and we were going to have a lien put against our property if we didn't pay the supplier also. Tres Uno told us they would pay the supplier when they additional funds coming in. It appears they did eventually pay the supplier because we did not an we do not have a lien against the property. If not for this problem we would have used them again. This was actually done in 2009.

+ 1 moreEverything was scheduled as to start and finish times. The entire work was to be completed within 4 months and was. We were kept up to date and lived in the house while the work was done so saw what was used and how. Our questions were answered promptly. We used them again in 2011 to remodel the downstairs apartment and were equally pleased.
Description of Work: 1. Cleared and remodeled kitchen. 2. Brought dining room floor up level to kitchen floor. 3. Added 6 feet to dining room length. 4. Tiled floors in both rooms and in bathroom 5. Painted walls in these rooms and refurbished and painted living room.
