Tammy, Lucy, and Cindy (TLC) are great realtors, mentors, and friends. Our family was on a 30-day deadline (!STRESS!) to move from Nebraska to Texas. We contacted TLC with our mission, timeline, and some listings to check out, and all 3 of them worked as a team, with us. We were in close communication by phone, email, and even Skype onsite, when we were still out-of-state. They provided information about listings we requested, as well as provided more options we had not yet considered, based on our criteria and our personalities. We flew in for 5 days to look at listings. TLC made themselves available, and worked with our short time frame to make sure we saw around a dozen properties, providing all the data possible, so we could logically narrow our focus, leading to making offers, an inspection, and contract. TLC knows the Kerrville area, and gave us guidance regarding possible negative issues and concerns with the properties they showed us; this revealed that they had integrity to show us issues that could prevent making a quick commission. They are genuine, warm, and truthful, and we consider them our friends (AND great cooks).

I used them 3 years ago. I was going to sell my house but I decided to just fix it up so I had some people come in and level my garage, put in a new driveway and a new porch. I used Missy from Remax to put my house on the market but my house never got sold. She did the best she could and I got tired of waiting on it. We kept it on the market for about 2 months. I would rate her company good.
