Description of Work: Repair garage door, motor and rail. He noticed the gear needed to be replaced (showed me the damage) and gave me an instant quote plus his one hour of labor. He came, he saw and he fixed in less than an hour. I actually called the company and told them what a great job he did. You want it done right, ask for Brent.

 + 0 moreI called yesterday just before 5pm and requested someone come by during my lunch hour the next day to take a look at a hinge that had broken loose from the steel garage door on my home. Brent was waiting for me when I got to my house at 12:05pm and was very friendly and professional. He confirmed that it would be an easy fix to replace the old hinge with a new hinge with better reinforcement. He had the hinge in his truck and repaired the door within 15 minutes. I asked for a quote for a new door, which he provided for me before he left, and he quickly informed me that since the machine was still working that I didn't need to replace anything at this time. He even greased the door before he left so it didn't squeak anymore! How nice!!!

 + -1 moreWe bought a mogul wood burning stove. Our first visit was wonderful, the staff was very attentive and pleasing. They were so nice in fact we didn't even look any where else for a wood burning stove. They installed our stove in the summer, of course with no rain we didn't for see a problem with leakage. Well the first rain came and water poured in. No problem we thought since they were so nice, but another rain was coming and no one had addressed the leak. We called and a very angry man came and put caulk all around where the stove pipe attached to the roof. Problem fixed. Yea!! Now it's cold and when we call to schedule our class on this stove it's like we don't know these people any more they are very rude, very rude!!!! Robert and Ramon could not be more rude I honestly do not know how they are still in business. I am so glad we have the owners manual.
