 + -1 moreCanon was very thorough during the home inspection. He took ample pictures and explained all the findings in detail. He provided an electronic detailed report with explanations, pictures, and building code policies. This was the best home inspection experience we have had after owning four homes.

 + -1 moreInitially I thought everything went well. Cannon is very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He was good with being responsive and showing up on time. My main reason for giving an overall rating of a C is him telling us and listed multiple times on the report that he thought there was no structural foundation problems just normal settling. Well come to find out I decided before having flooring put in to have foundation company come out to double check and I had two companies come out to double check and sure enough there was not just normal settling. So now $6,500 later of fixing the foundation I'm not the happiest camper. He doesn't use equipment to test to see if there are low or high spots with the foundation like a prior home inspection company used to determine if problems with foundation. He said you can tell by looking at the rafters but clearly that isn't full proof. Also when my electrician came out he pointed electrical wiring out to me and asked if that was brought up in the home inspection which I just checked and it wasn't. Outside of these things mainly the foundation I would've rate an A but a very expensive wrong opinion and never recommended to me in having foundation company do inspection.
