Description of Work: On the pipe from the water storage tank to the house a Ball valve froze up...no water was getting to the faucets. Gerald cut the pvc pipe short of and beyond the pvc ball valve and replace the piping with like kind, however, he installed a brass check valve. Should be much better...it is much easier to operate...turn off and on.

Description of Work: Well they have had to come out for several things and Justin Carnes was the plumber sent. Everything we had a problem with it has been fixed. Minor things like a water leak outside facet. they checked all our plumbing through out house. Now we had a water pressure problem solved that. Justin has been very professional and explained in a calm manner detailing all the problems. He knows his stuff. very knowledgeable

Description of Work: I had a leaking water softener. The service technician told me that they don't make repair parts for my model anymore. (I am sceptical about that statement because it appeared to be a leaky seal or gasket.) The tech then proceeded to try to sell me a new softener coupled with free home inspections etc. The quoted price was $2200. This seemed out of line and I did not appreciate the attempt to upsell me. I purchased a water softener from Home Depot for $550.00 and installed it myself.

Description of Work: Matt called ahead and let me know he was coming. When he arrived, he was very professional and handed me his card while he covered his shoes. The repair went quickly, and Matt even tightened up a valve that was leaking. Very personable and attentive. I will always use Holloway for my future plumbing needs!!

Description of Work: They Cleaned the Kitchen and both bathroom sink drains, and also ran the mechanical "snake" down both roof vents. They uncLoged all the drains and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards ! They kept me informed about the additional costs as they needed to proceed with other options in order to accomplish their objectives. This allowed me to ascertain in advance the total cost of the job; which was much better than getting a bill for more than expected ! The job took three and one half hours. I will call them when I have the next problem . Bud Stimson.

Description of Work: they are the only plumber i use in my town. always prompt and clean up after themselves. they have done numerous jobs over the past 5 years...repairing, etc. friendly and professional and not as expensive as some in the area. fix broken pipe at my horse barn, we had a terrible freeze last year and many needed plumbers to repair leaks after the thaw. they came and actually saved me money after a big leak in the garage. had a major crack in the pipes going to the septic and they did a 3 day repair of all lines in the yard. excellent work.
