I provided the parts, Justin and Robert replaced the kitchen faucet. They arrived right on time, got down to work and completed the job quickly. Justin explained the work completed in a manner I could understand. Justin and Robert were very friendly and very efficient. This is the second job Holloway Plumbing has completed in my house and I will definitely use them again!!

These folks are top notch. They gave me the price up front and stuck to it. They were unable to complete the project because they needed a specific tool to proceed but they arranged for a priority followup appointment. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was excellent. Anthony Vidavil and his partner were both so nice. What I like best about this whole company, they look to see exactly what needs to be done and write you an estimate.

Anthony and Robert showed up eager to work! After I told them what I needed, Anthony prepared an written estimate for me before beginning any work...a service I never received from other plumbers I used in the past. Anthony and Robert started their work immediately. They did have trouble removing the old faucet lever but that was because it was badly corroded. After a lot of effort on their part, Anthony and Robert were able to remove the old parts and installed the new parts quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendly manner. I'll definitely be calling Holloway Plumbing again!!

Jaimie and his assistant went out of their way to give me all possible solutions to the two issues. I had with the in-demand heater and well piping that would be minimal cost given that neither were covered on the home warranty service. Friendly, helpful and on time.

I have no complaints. I called at 11:15am and was told about the dispatch fee. At first, we set it up for that afternoon but I had to cancel because I would not be home in the afternoon and we rescheduled for the next morning, but a little before 2:00pm they called back and said they could come within 5 minutes or so, if I had time and I said yes. They were at my home within 10 minutes, and immediately starting surveying the situation, gave me the estimate. I would say the total job was completed within 30 minutes, I was extremely please. This is the second time they have provided service to my family, the first time was January 2014, yes I would recommend them.

James Ozuna and helper Jubal helped us for the second time in two weeks. They were professional, courteous and performed the work in a timely manner.

At the end of each wash cycle, the dirty water from my washing machine would drain out of the washing machine and collect in the adjacent sink, instead of flowing down the drain, correctly. Mr. Ozuna went to the rooftop and worked with unclogging my washing machine drain. Then he returned to the laundry room and restarted the washing machine and physically watched the machine drain at the end of the cycle. The drainage was improved, but he felt it could be better... so he returned to the rooftop and worked further at unclogging the drain pipe. He then returned inside the laundry room and ran another wash cycle to look for improvement. After the second check, he felt better, and he told me if it repeated the wrong drainage, to please recall Holloway Plumbing.

We always call Holloway Plumbing when we have a problem. They not only send their top qualified employees, but personnel who are considerate, helpful and professionally attired. What I liked about Paul was that he didn't blink an eye when I told him that I had been the culprit who caused the plumbing problem. I couldn't blame it on my tive year old great grandson, who put a whole role of toilet paper down the toilet. That was Easter weekend and Holloway Plumbing was there to save the day, They always come equipped for just about any type of emergency. Believe me I know because I always seem to have one at holidays and when am having guests for the weekend. Holloway Plumbing has such good ads in the paper and always leaves a $25 cioupon to use for my next emergengy. How did it go? Superbly. As usual

We had a leaking toilet in the master bath. James Ozuna and helper diagnosed the problem and installed the new toilet in a timely and professional manner.

Great, on time. Thought I was going to have to call a well service company. Very, very nice and polite, and cleaned up everything.

The tech, James Ozuna and his assistant were very professional, even putting on " booties" before entering the house. They explained what could and couldn't be done ahead of time. They worked till the faucets were right, even giving me a few minutes to clean off the water leak stains. Both techs were pleasant to deal with. This is our second time to use Holloway, and will NOT be our last. We highly recommend their service.

The installation was performed on a Saturday evening around 8:30pm. When I called the dispatcher, Sandy, told me the technician would call within 30 minutes. They did. The person calling answered all my questions, explained the emergency fees. I agreed, he said they would be at our house within 30 minutes. They were on time. Both people were very professional and courteous. Explained everything in detail, answered all my questions before I agreed to the installation. I already had a new water heater I had purchased prior to their arrival. The were done in about 2 1/2 hours, left no mess, took the old water heater with them. We had used Holloway in the past and will use them again if necessary. Justin Dall was the technician.

Dave and Justin were Very kind, quick to get the job done, cleaned up and everything looked very nice. Pleased with everything! Kuddo's to the Secretary that gave me a quick heads up call that morning. To let me know my exact appointment time so I could finish my Christmas shopping and still not miss my repair men!

We had a Master Plumber and a helper. Numerous holes had to be drilled into the walls and tiles removed in the bathroom. The workmanship done by the Master Plumber was very good. When holes were drilled in the Master Bath holes were drilled in the wrong place causing two holes in the ceiling that should not have happened. At the time they said they would have it fixed. Did not happen, we will be taking this up with the main office. As this was a big job and we were having to shut water on and off at the main valve, we felt this was a job that needed to be done ASAP, on the second day the Master Plumber did not show up at the time stated and we were told he was on an emergency job. We then found out that he was the one they sent out on emergencies. This was not acceptable to us and we let him and the main office know this. The remainder of the time he worked only on our job. The plumber was here almost five days. We had been advised that this was the only company in Kerrville that did this type of job, we felt that we were grossly overcharge but with four leaks that were found and the inconvenience of having to turn off and on the water at the main meter we really had no choice. We've been told by others that Holloway is a good company, but feel we were taken advantage of with the choice, and also nothing was done about the holes left in the ceiling. We have also just discovered that the toilet hold down bolts are too long and cosmetic caps were just dancing on top of the bolts.

They were highly qualified. I myself had a master plumbers license 65 years ago, so I think I,m qualified to evaluate them.

Jesse replaced the rod in the water heater and pointed out a few other plumbing items that need attention. He's coming back to repair those the next week.

The plumber did not introduce himself by name upon arrival. Did not use shoe covers or mat as required, Got sawdust all over pots and pans. Did not know how to adjust gas flame and I had to read instructions and show him in the maintenance instructions. UPDATED RESPONSE: The owner contacted me and was concerned about the poor service I received and gave me partial refund.

Everything went great. Technician, James Ozuna, called me to advise the item that was ordered had come in and that he was available to install it the same day. He arrived promptly and went right to work on installing the unit and then made sure I understood how it operates and what to do if the alarm ever sounded. We will definitely be calling Holloway Plumbing for any other services we need.

James the plumber called to say he would be here in 15 minutes. He made it in 10 min. He ran auger all the way to the sewer line and cleaned out the drain He showed me the tree roots that were clogging up pipe. He spoke clearly, very nice, neat person. Neat.
