Holloway came promptly after a phone call. Jose was competent and professional. He willingly moved a large freezer to get to the water heater. The total cost includes charge to bring our water heater connections up to code. 0ver half the bill was a 50 gallon electric water heater with a 6 Yr. warranty, And service agreement a little over $100.00 for the year.

Jerry and his assistant arrived on time and efficiently and quickly replaced my old water heater with a new one. They were very clean and friendly. I highly recommend Holloway Plumbing. They are a little more expensive, but, you get what you pay for - I am not a handyman and therefore I need someone I can trust and one who warranties their work. Thank you for a job well done.

I was having work done for my daughter who lived in Kerrville. I was having the kitchen faucet replaced. Little mixup with the date and time they were to come but the service was excellent. Two servicemen came on the call and explained everything to be done and the cost before beginning work. Very happy with the work that was done.

Line was cleared. Video scope showed further problem exists at connection to main.

We used this company because we needed someone immediately and they were available. They did make a prompt appointment and two plumbers arrived on time. We were billed $900.00 for 3 hours of work. This included digging a 22" deep hole, repairing a pvc pipe, and filling the hole up. About halfway through the job, the plumber informed me that the diagnosis fee ($244.00) would most likely be waived. However, at the end of the job he said that I would be charged the diagnosis fee after all because it was a "deep" hole. In his words, a "4 foot" hole. The hole actually was more like only 22" deep. They also did sloppy work with filling the hole in after the work was completed. Overall, we feel like we were overcharged considering the simple nature of the work that was completed. We were charged $344.00 for 2 men to dig a 22" deep by 18" across hole. In addition to a $244.00 "diagnosis fee", $228.00 to fix the pipe and a $79.00 dispatch fee. We contacted the company to answer our questions and spoke with Sandy. She informed us that she would have the owner contact us. They never attempted to reach out to us. I would not use this company again, or ever recommend them to anyone. (We know how deep the hole actually was because the City Utilities department informed us that we still had a leak after Holloway completed this repair and we dug the hole back up to make sure the repair wasn't leaking. The repair wasn't leaking, but at that point we did measure the depth/width of the hole and take pictures.)

We had a few concerns after they left. They didn't hesitate to schedule the guys to come back (I emailed on Saturday and they came Monday morning) and put any of our fears to rest. They didn't charge us and were very polite when they arrived. Truly a great experience from a quality company.

When Jubal got here he looked at the leak and concurred with us that the pipe had slipped out of the T. When he started to work fixing it, he found that the whole T had slipped from the pipes. So he put in a new T and got all the pipes glued back into it. But when we turned on the water, it blew the connection. Now he had to look further. He found a crack in the pipe. I think it was the T. But when he turned on the water, it blew the fitting again. So, the third time, he put completely new pipe and fittings in and went back further with the new pipe. He also told me he used stronger glue also. It is now fixed. Through all this he never took a break or a lunch break. He worked very hard. He was professional, and pleasant. I was very impressed by him. This is the third time I've used Holloway Plumbing. I will use them again. I believe their prices are reasonable. When you call with your problem, it doesn't take them long to get someone out to your house. And all three times, the people they sent out are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. So, I would recommend them.

Holloway Plumbing was exceptional in responding quickly to our needs in less than 24 hours after we called. We had left messages with three other plumbers in our area and never got a call back so we were very happy to receive such prompt service. They sent a highly professional team of plumbers, James and Joshua, who fixed our water heater very efficiently and explained every step clearly. Because we were the last clients, they also stayed to complete several other projects that we needed done. They installed four new sink faucets and repaired the toilet in the master bathroom. We appreciated their competent skills and felt very comfortable with the team working in our home. We also appreciated how careful they were, that they cleaned up everything, hauled away old equipment, and clearly communicated throughout the appointment. We felt that the cost was very fair and the results were excellent. We will highly recommend Holloway Plumbing to anyone in our area!

Both technicians were on time (after minutes early), professional and friendly. Water tasted like salt afterward. but owner immediately responded and had techs return to put softener through full cycle.

Excellent service call - arrived as scheduled, professional and cordial, performed tests needed on systems, and defined replacement parts needed.

I called this company on a Saturday because we had a plumbing emergency and they had great reviews on Angies List. The phone rang for a very long time and when it was answered you could here the ladies in the office having a personal conversation and laughing before anyone said hello. I explained our situation ad she explained all our info was taken down and dispatch would call us with a appointment time within 10 minutes. No one ever called us back or answered the phone when we called again to follow up on the previous call.

We were very satisfied with the way things went. Called to ask for someone to come out and were told that a dispatcher would get in touch with us to schedule a time. Dispatcher called later that same day and said a plumber could be here the following day between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. As it turned out, the plumber (Alan) and his assistant (Jason) were able to get here a couple of hours earlier, but called first to check with us if that was okay, rather than just showing up unannounced. Both were courteous and professional. Alan identified the problem and took care of it by replacing the cartridge in the shower faucet handle. They had the necessary parts with them, so there was no need for a return visit. We then had him take a look at our aging water heater and he noted that, while it was still functioning, it was reaching the end of its probable life span. He suggested we might want to think about replacing it in the near future, rather than risk a costlier replacement should it fail. The total visit took about 45 minutes in all.

Dale Lemond & Dillon Harris arrived early on both calls. Dale assessed the problem and quickly re paired it.

They checked my plumbing inside and out. They replace on of the faucets in the master bath. They did a superb job. I was very pleased.

I couldn't be more pleased with the professional effort by Mr. Holloway and his two workers. The cabinet ordered especially for my new farmhouse sink was actually lacking proper support. Our plumbers arrived the morning after granite was in place. The sink was out of level because two thin narrow strips of wood failed to hold the weight of the massive Kohler sink. Our plumber had to take on the task and spent several hours having to replace thin strips with 2 X 4 supports. He must have struggled since granite and sink were already in place. We paid more than the estimate but the job he did was correcting the poor job done by Home Depot Cabinet Refacing. The sink cabinet was new not a reface. The drain hole in the floor of my new cabinet was cut by the cabinet install. Since Home Depot "ARE NOT PLUMBERS" they cut an excessively large hole instead of a 3" drain which is all that should have been necessary. Our plumbers exceeded all expectations and I plan to keep this company for life!!

I called Holloway with my problem and within one hour the crew arrived, diagnosed the problem, and finished the repair. That's great service! I'll use Holloway Plumbing again. Thanks
