Response from Holloway Plumbing
In reviewing your records it shows that the last time we were at your home for an inspection was on or around January 6, 2014. The faulty valve in question was replaced on or about April 10, 2016. This is over 2 years after our inspection. All I can surmise is that at the time of the inspection 2.5 years ago that the valve was operating properly even though it was rather old at that time. We very well may have recommended it be replaced at that time, which we would have charged for separately then, but we do try to NOT recommend or do work that is not necessary. Again also, even if it had been identified at the time of the inspection, there would have been a charge for it then as well. If I have reviewed the facts incorrectly, please do contact me at the office and I will do my best to help and make this right for you. My apologies if there was any misunderstanding on this. Description of Work: Repaired drain in spare apartment. Advised what was wrong and what was going on. Only thing not happy about is they did need to use one of our buckets, but did not empty it in the trash. We are actually in a rental and they seem to work well with us and the owner.

i had to get water to my livestock and also fix a leak in the closet of my garage. they were able to re-route the leak in order to save much money on carpentry andi stil have a good working faucet and they were able to get water to my barn. i have not received a bill yet but i know it will be much less than it oculd have been if they had been able to re-route the leak and then not have to tear out walls. good work. always friendly and prompt and professional.
Description of Work: we had terrible freezing temps in central Texas and everyone had some sort of pipe leak and when i called Holloway they came out within 12 hours even though i was told i was 40 on their list. since i am a returning customer they came and fixed my problem as soon as they could. they saved me much money in the repairs.
