Great...would use again.

we were building a new home when our old house sold with a short escrow time. hill country carpet were able to get our new carpet delivered and installed within the short time constraints (unlike the big box places that wanted 6 weeks to get carpet). we were very pleased with the carpeting and the installation.

Crew only worked a few hours the first day and left the house a complete mess. They left packaging materials, underlayment pieces and garbage bags all over their work areas. Subsequent days there was damage to my home which was not reported to me and had to discover on my own; thermostat wire cut off, damage to 2 bifold doors, damage to built in master closet, damage to walls, broken Direct TV receiver. I had to wait weeks for crew to return to finish job and/or repair areas. I also had to have someone supervise the crew to ensure no additional damage was done. Floor does not lay correctly on concrete floor area and is too tight in rest of house. I called owner to look at finished job and was given ridiculous excuses of why floor was not laying down correctly, i.e. I let my windows down and let too much humidity in. It took him almost a month to respond to my concerns. I finally had to call in another floor installer to tell me what the problem was with the flooring and found out that necessary prep work to the concrete areas were not done. I have no recourse but to live with what I have in the concrete floor areas and to pay additionally to have someone else fix the areas where the floors are too tight against the walls. Overall I would say that this company in unprofessional, unresponsive and ill prepared to install any kind of flooring for the general public. This experience was a nightmare from start to finish and warn anyone to NOT use their services.
