Mike Steele (Service Manager) and his helper, Billy, arrived timely and did an excellent installation job. Very thorough and neat. Took time to provide helpful information about prolonging the life of the new units. Obviously very experienced and conscientious. Highly recommend!

 + -1 moreTold us we needed a new hot water heater and turns out we didn't once we got a second opinion. I am always suspicious of companies that are more interested in selling you "services" rather than fixing a problem.
Description of Work: They have started a program where they sell you a "protection plan". They seemed to be more interested in selling products than fixing plumbing issues.

 + 0 moreI called Hardin Plumbing and spoke with Mr. Hardy Hardin who came out to our new home purchase, I was given an estimate for the installation of end stops and toilets. After the commencement of work, other items like the new garbage disposal and the addition of a recirculation pump to quicken the delivery 0f hot water to showers and sinks. I have nothing but good things to say about his adherence to estimates given. Then finally three weeks after work was complete, I noticed a water leak below our laundry room. Hardin Plumbing treated my house like it was his own.
Description of Work: Installed new end stops at all plumbing fixtures repacked all faucets and repaired faucets and toilets, added recirculation pump to new water heater, new garbage disposal, repaired an underslab plumbing leak.
