This was Gutterman's first time using 8 foot section fiberglass molded radius gutters that are custom made by another manufacturer, Noble Design in Plano, TX - so there was a learning curve for Gutterman crew. Typical radius gutters are many small sections of seamless gutter material put together to make the radius. The radius gutter we wanted is made of molded fiberglass that comes in 8 foot sections - not a lots of seams. Gutterman said they would do the job and work with the manufacturer. Fiberglass gutters do not have the flex in it that regular gutters do so the templet had to be exact. The problem was that a couple of the sections did not fit and Gutterman had to make new temples and have sections remanufactuered for a couple of the sections to get it right. So the job took a lot longer - 4 months from first template to finish. Each time a segment had to be remade took 6 weeks ito get it from the manufacturers. Gutterman did not charge me for the extra trips, time to discover their mistakes and cost of remaking some of the sections. They were very apologetic for the length of time to complete the job and I understood that this was their first time using this system and materials. We had discussed it in the beginning and I was prepared for their learning curve. The end result looks perfect. We live in a very rural area. Being referred to Gutterman by a builder friend of ours was a plus. Gutterman was willing to learn about a new quality product and as agreed we were ok with the delays resulting from their learning curve. We are very happy with the results and with Gutterman.

Showed up at appointed time. Worked steady until the job was done. Pleasant people. Did what they said they would do. I'm happy.

Excellent response from first call to end of installation. Arrived on time and work was fast and very professionally done.No indication that work was done in the area - no trash or even ground disturbance. Personal interaction with Chad was wonderful. He was personable, professional and courteous every time we talked. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone needing this service.
