Goss Pest Control

Well, a young male showed up to spray with no uniform or identification. He had one sprayer with him. He asked no questions and started walking around the house in a very non chalant way spraying randomly. He was finished very quickly. When I went back around the house, I saw that he had sprayed and permanently damaged one of our frosted glass doors and also sprayed staining insecticide on our carpets downstairs. The spraying was not effective as roaches and insects appeared active the next week. I called them back to come out and spray again and the woman on the phone asked me if I knew if I had paid the first bill yet. I had. She said they would call back to schedule and we never heard from them. My husband called Goss again and we were told the last technician had been fired and that company was under new ownership. We were told we would get a call back. After two weeks....no call.

When we moved to Kerrville, we had quite a scorpion problem. I contacted Goss Pest Control and the problem was neutralized; completely. They are a Christian company, and have totally uncompromised integrity. I just contacted them for quarterly preventive service, and was reminded how wonderful they are to do business with. I highly recommend them for any pest control needs. My next service from them will occur on 02/25/15

They used natural pesticides, not highly toxic things; we're pretty sensitive here. Since they've been here I've only found one roach in the garage, dead. I am convinced it was very effective. We're very pleased with his performance. He was timely, his rates were reasonable, and it appears to have worked very well. He was Johnny-on-the-spot when he said he was going to be here. I noticed he pulled up about five minutes before our appointment and did some preparatory paperwork in his truck. He stayed in his truck until the appointed time. He was here when he said he would be here, not earlier or later at his convenience.
