Description of Work: I apparently had a virus attack my computer that was keeping it from booting completely up when turned on, so my computer was rendered unusable. The problem was detected quickly and resolved in less than 24 hours. My computer has been problem free ever since.

Description of Work: We had an issue with our security settings which prevented the use of some of our sites and passwords. The technician who met us at the door sat down with us immediately and diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes.

When I picked it up, one of the technicians sat down with me, explained what had happened and what I could do to avoid it in the future. I was blown over with this kind of service. So professional. Description of Work: My computer had locked up with the FBI virus. This is the third time this computer had locked up this year. I had used a different service the other 2 times so this time I decided to try Gazelle.
