+ -1 moreNormally they just do routine maintenance and stuff. I own some rental properties, an office building, and my home so I use them for all of the above. He's reasonably priced and very professional. It's just the owner of the business that comes out.
Description of Work: They went to my house and they did a check up on one of the units.

+ -1 morePrompt installation, well done. Only downside is after installation followup was OK but seemed a bit grudgingly done. This may have been due, in part, to my lack of knowledge of the product
Description of Work: Gas furnace and A/C and ducting installed in older house with no previous central system. Whole job could not have gone more smoothly.
