I am very pleased with the work done by E-Z Homefix. I had a list of about 15 items ranging from small and minor to somewhat complex, requiring they used their construction skills. All the work was completed in a professional, competent, and timely fashion. I will definitely use Ron and Terry in the future.

They kept their appointments. They would check in with me as the work progressed if any unexpected problems arose. For me, they built a bay window seat and installed under cabinet lights. They look great.

Only complaint is the final price was hugely different from the estimate and way over budget for us That was partially due to damage we didn't know was there but due also to " nickel and diming" Be prepared to pay for every nail used plus a % and a surcharge.

Ron was very easy to communicate with about my problems with a pooched shingle/roof leak and removing a chimney cap and sealing the flue top. After the free estimate, the work was scheduled promptly and Ron arrived on time with all necessary materials. He repaired the shingle problem, then fabricated, installed and sealed the flue top as agreed. To my pleasant surprise, the work took less time than estimated and Ron adjusted the bill, passing the savings along to me. I have engaged many contractors over the years for home and commercial projects and experienced issues either with timeliness, cost overruns or workmanship quality. Very patient. Trouble shooters. Hired them for what I thought would be a quick and easy job. There were several obstacles that I could not foresee. They persevered through each obstacle, solved the problems, and did excellent work. I could not have even attempted to complete the job they did. They hung a huge mirror over a fireplace on a stone wall with 12 foot ceilings. Excellent value for the money, too. I will be hiring them again soon.

Ron has done so much work for me, he's practically worked on everything in my house. I first met Ron when he built a new porch for me when no one else wanted to tackle the job because of the odd roofline, and it came out beautifully. He completely remodeled my kitchen including new walls, floor, cabinets, appliances, sink, faucet. He's opened walls for me, painted, installed doors, lighting, and helped with general maintenance. There seems to be little he can't do and, when presented with a challenge, he usually figures out a way to get it done. Most importantly, you will never find a more honest man. He is friendly yet professional, his prices are fair, and he always cleans up any mess he has to make in getting the job done. I simply can't recommend him more highly.

I hired Ron for various projects. He replaced the tile in my foyer. He completely remodeled a basement family room, including a mini kitchen with cabinets, counters and sink. He replaced all fixtures in a bathroom ( toilet, sink, medicine cabinet). He replaced all the doors in my house. He also replaced all the lighting fixtures in my house. He is always prompt. He quotes you a reasonable price and time frame for when he can do the job and sticks to it. We were always satisfied with his work.
