Cypress Roofing

These guys are good. After 3 composition roofs, we decided to go to standing seam metal. Cypress was the least expensive of 4 bids we received, and we are very happy with their work. They show up on time, keep a clean site, and there is always a designated person to consult if needed. Especially good were Steven, Jose and Juan. I highly recommend Cypress for any type roof.

We upgraded to a dimensional shingle roof, and had gutters, gutter screens and downspouts replaced. Cypress worked with us on price with what our insurance paid, explained how they could accommodate us and started and finished promptly, also great clean up after job completed. After a severe thunderstorm in our area we happened to notice that night that a large amount of water was on the floor in several rooms of our home. We spent a lot of time on cleanup but worried about what caused the flooding especially with more rain in future forecasts. I didnâ  t know any roofing proâ  s in town so I used the internet to search and located Cypress Roofing and read the positive feedback. I called Cypress early the next morning (Friday) and they were able to arrange a roof inspection within two hours or so. Cypress Sales Rep Camden Jones soon arrived and conducted a thorough inspection and found no damage to the roof that would have caused the flooding. Camden then searched for a possible cause and located several entry points for water that were obscured by the landscaping that I was unaware of but will address with my landscape guy. Camden refused to charge for any of the inspection and the whole experience was professional and positive and should I experience any roofing issues in the future I will be contacting Cypress Roofing. I love great service and I recommend that you do the same.

From the initial meeting to assess our needs to the clean-up after the job was done, Albert and Christian were pleasant, professional, and friendly. They explained the process, moved the job up a couple of days when there was a forecast of rain, and kept us informed of the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof.
