Description of Work: "We visited their store, talked with them about our current wood floor needing work. A few days later their representative came tour home, measured the flooring, and promised to get back with us on options and pricing. They never called back, or followed up on the two phone calls I made asking for status.

Description of Work: We were in the process of redoing the flooring in our whole house (3200 square feet) with carpet and tile. I went to the store to get options and pricing. Nobody even greeted me or even ask how they can help me. After about 10 minutes of me looking around, somebody finally ask me what they can help me with. After looking at a few samples, the sale person seem to be very uneducated about the products and had to go check with somebody else, every time I ask them a question. After the third time of that, I thanked the person for their time and left the store. Needless to say, I did not use them for our flooring. I had my floors done by their competition.

 + -1 moreVisit was professional and addressed what needed to be done. Accepted written estimate. Advised they would schedule job when available. They never scheduled and never did work.
Description of Work: Came to house and provided written scope of work and estimated cost. Don't recall the date been so long ago during this year so just chose middle of year.

 + 0 moreThey did a great job. The workers were very nice and respectful of our area. They did a very professional job. There was some glue residue on the tile and when we complained about it, the owner actually came out with his crew and made sure that it was cleaned up properly. We did have little issues with their responsiveness.
Description of Work: They re-floored 90 percent of our house. They tore out the old carpet, leveled the floor and placed tile down.

 + -1 moreI needed information about a floor that was installed by someone else so I stopped at the showroom. After talking to Kevin Gallie for a few minutes, he told me that he would have Kirk Bond, the owner call me to set up a time so that he could see the flooring job to assess it. I offered to pay for his time as I live 35 miles from Kerrville, but was told that it was not necessary. I was called a day later and an appt was set up to come to my home. Kirk arrived on time and assessed all the problems with the install and offered helpful suggestions for resolutions of the problems as well as some education on flooring. Mr. Bond spent over an hour at my home. I again offer to pay for his time but was told that this is part of their service. I was incredibly pleased to see such concern and devotion to customer service - something that seems to be lacking more and more with service providers. This was a wonderful experience.
Description of Work: I needed advice & education about an professionaly installed flooring job that was incorrectly done by another company.
