Description of Work: I contacted Chris and he seemed very nice and responsive to my request for service. We made an appointment for him to come out and look at the projects we needed help with and he offered suggestions on what he could do for us. Unfortunately, we never heard anything back from him, so we concluded that he wasn't interested in pursuing the work we offered him. I canot speak to his abilities since we did not receive the services from him we had requested.

+ 0 moreMr. Ray estimated both the time and cost of the project. The time for the work was bang on the money. The price was a little above budget, but understandable due to all the problems found once the project was started. The house is very old and was originally built by ranchhands so some of the original construction was a bit unconventional, but Mr. Ray found solutions for all problems. His attention to detail was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the work area was kept both during the work in progress and at the end of the day. He treated my property as though it were his own.
Description of Work: Remodeled 60+ year old kitchen in a rural rental property. Removed rotted cabinets and moldy walls and floors. Installed new cabinets, countertops, sink and dishwasher. Repaired walls, floors, plumbing and LP connections. Fabricated new doors for upper cabinets. There were many hidden problems not anticipated beforehand, but all were solved.
