CCI COUNTER TOPS

When they finally had them done after 7 weeks, they showed up with only 2 out of the 3 counter tops (they forgot to make the third one. I have to say they did manage to make the missing one by that afternoon and brought it to be installed) One out of the 2 they brought, was cut too short from the original order. It was suppose to be 36.5 and it only was 35 3/8 when they brought it. (Somebody came and measured the counter tops when I ordered them and I did supply them with a very detailed drawing of what I wanted prior to their own measurements. Needless to say in my drawing the measurement the counter top was 36.5 inches not 35 3/8). They said I ordered it shorter, so I would have more room for my new refrigerator. This was not true, plus my new Fridge was in place when they came to install, and it did fit just fine with my old counter tops. Now I had a gap between my counter tops and my fridge and was not happy about that. They called the manager and told me that they would remake the counter top and bring it in a few days. After finishing installing the counter tops, I realize by looking at them that one of them was not level, it was so severe that you were able to see it with your plain eyes. When I asked to fix it, they got very short and rude with me. They pulled out their level to verify what I was claiming, and voila it was not level. I paid to have the hole cut out for my new sink. After they left my husband was going to install the sink, and we found out the hole was too small. I called them immediately, and ask them to come back and cut the hole the right size. The manager answered the phone, and said, his crew is not willing to come back and recut the hole, because we were rude to them. I was not rude at all, but no I was not a happy camper after so many things going wrong with one order. I was told he would have to "sleep on it" to decide if they would even change out my counter top that was too short. I told him to let me know and hung up. When I told my husband what he said, he called the manager back. He was told that they would not come back and fix anything. End result we were left with a counter top that was too short, and he had to cut out the sink hole himself. Overall it was a very bad experience.
