ADAIR'S APPLIANCES

The first time I called, they came out when they said they would and were on time. Had to order part. Took two weeks to get part and I had to call to have them come back and install it. While they were here, they also got a gas fireplace started that wasn't working. About three weeks after they fixed these things, they both quit working. I called three times trying to get them to come back out. I was told twice after repeated calls that they would be out a certain day each time and they never showed up or called me back. Very unprofessional!

Johnny Adair came within an hour. Was very pleasant to work with and went straight to the issue- fan motor. Had the replacement part in his truck. Completed the repair and charged a comparatively reasonable price.

Adair's (I assume it was Johnny) told me that the pump does NOT need to be and quot;cleaned,and quot; said there's no way to do that anyway since it is a sealed unit, and he'd have to take the tub out and take the washer apart even if he could do it. He said I should just run the washer and the resin beads would flush out without doing damage to the pump. Said he was glad to save me the cost of a service call! You can be sure I will call Adair's the next time I need appliance service,

Johnny Adair and his assistant were prompt and efficient. The issue with the washer was diagnosed immediately and expeditiously repaired. A good experience.

_x000D_|I called them on Dec. 31. Realizing this was not critical, I was satisfied with a response that they would be here on the 2nd of Jan. The workers called prior to arriving to be sure we were here and ready for them. They showed up, did the job and when they departed, the dryer worked as it should, and there was no other evidence of them being here. Just as it should.
