Description of Work: Aaron Plumbing was the plumbing subcontractor that our builder used in the construction of our new home. We personally used them after we moved in for one additional service and for the repair of some of the defective work that they did during construction. Aaron Plumbing was very reluctant to own up to their mistakes and to provide warranty service. Specifically, 1) a intermittent no hot water Navien water heater problem, 2) a leaking and sewer gas smelling bidet, and 3) only luke warm water in the master shower. Aaron Plumbing told us the problems were the manufacturer's fault and that they would charge for repair and in the case of Navien water heater - we needed to work with the manufacturer. After months of troubleshooting the water heater problem with Aaron Plumbing and Navien, Navien did send a factory rep from Austin. He discovered that dip switches were not properly set by Aaron Plumbing and that the supply piping size was not as specified in the installation documentation - it was smaller than specified. The rep properly set the dip switched and we no longer suffer from intermittent no hot water in the house. However, the too small pipe size remains, which we were told would lower efficiency when there is a lot of demand on the system. Aaron did fix the leaking bidet, although they insisted that it was Kohler's defect. When I expressed my frustration to Aaron Plumbing's owner with an elevated tone in my voice I was reprimanded as if I were a child and hung up on. We paid to have another plumbing company reinstall the existing shower control. They stated that the control knob had just not been properly installed and adjusted. It works fine now. The sewer smell in the bidet when the water is turned on remains. Our builder told us that the bidet's venting and/or a possible lack of a proper trap needs to be evaluated by another licensed plumber other than Aaron Plumbing. We are still waiting for our builder to get this done.
