Lonnie was great to work with. Very quick response on phone and walk through on review of work wanted. Performed an accurate bid and contract promptly and started work on time. Great crew and well done on job. Exceeded my expectations. He had great knowledge of plants and trees.

I am disappointed with the company's service. While Lonnie and his crew were respectful, communication throughout the project was sporadic. The goal was to create a flagstone patio with a gazebo complemented by deconstructed granite in the remainder of the backyard. Lonnie wanted to install footers for the gazebo before starting on the Flagstone patio and informed us that he had never installed a gazebo before. We understood this and didn’t hold it against him or his crew, viewing it as a learning process for both parties. Our agreement was clear and fair. Lonnie would pour the footers, and I would assemble the structure's base. We purchased the materials at the end of February, paid half upfront, and ordered the gazebo for delivery at the beginning of April. The gazebo's early arrival was not an issue. However, from April 1st, the situation became increasingly frustrating. Lonnie's team did not show up consistently, and the communication was poor. The deconstructed granite was not layered properly in multiple places, exposing the weed barrier. There was enough leftover material to fix this issue, but the granite was never compacted, as Lonnie had agreed to do. He also forgot to lay mulch under the tree, which I had to remind him of several times. On multiple occasions, his crew came out, but little was accomplished. The patio was not finished until I reminded him, indicating either a lack of communication with his crew about the project's status or that he did not verify its completion. I attempted to reach out to Lonnie, but he did not answer my calls. Our frustration with the project grew despite our efforts to remain patient and respectful. We were reasonable customers willing to pay for any additional costs if necessary. Eventually, Lonnie sent someone out to finish the project, but they failed to compact the granite properly, and the lining around the mulch bed was never placed. Compounding our disappointment, the crew member left without speaking to us and did not conduct a final walkthrough to ensure we were satisfied with the finished product. Despite believing Lonnie to be a good man, we are truly disappointed with the services provided.

I needed some landscaping and driveway work done so I gave A1 a call. They came out quickly and evaluated the job and I had a quote the next day. They told me when they could start and a timeframe of when the job would be completed. I gave them the approval and it went exactly as planned. They kept me updated on the job and the communication was excellent as the job progressed. I was well pleased with the results and intend to use them in the future

A quality 1 was a great organization that created a plan for me that I liked and then they followed through and made my dream a reality. It looks beautiful and I received many compliments from my neighbors.

I contracted with A Quality 1 on 12 Mar 24 and it took over 5 weeks for them to complete the work - and it was sub-par across thw board. When finished, there where large gaps/open areas between the sod pieces, the preparation/placement for river rock was sloppy and edging was uneven and loose. They stickly adhered to the estimate originally give, but better customer interface with additional guidance/suggestions would have been appropriate; i.e., the river rock was poured over water sprinklers that they didn't cap or turn off -- it would seem appropriate to suggest or offer to do that... Last month, I hired another contractor to "fix" the sod, river rock and edging shortalls of A Quality 1. On Friday, 7 June, the contractor pulled a 12-inch spike out of the ground next to some edging work that A Quality 1 had done - this exposed a puncture to the main water line. The spike was "self-sealing" the puncture until it was removed. I have pictures and videos of the punctured water line when discovered and after the $711.00 repair. A Quality 1 does not accept responsibility for the water line puncture and refuses to reimburse me the repair cost. I may have been generous in giving them an "Overall Rating" of two stars...

Lonnie and his team were great. I made a few changes after they started work and it was not a problem. A good experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend A Quality One and would definitely call on them again.

Lonnie Goodman was very responsive to what we wanted, and our budget. He found a turf product we liked at a close out price, and did an innovative install of a 105 foot long roll, with only 1 small seam. He brought over 12 workers to manually move the entire piece into place where it was then cut and fitted against a rock wall, making our back yard look like a manicured park. Even though there were shipping delays with the freight company, the install began as soon as the turf arrived, and took less than 3 days to finish. A Quality 1 also committed to come back and inspect the turf after it had settled a few weeks and make any required adjustments. Lonnie was good to work with.

Worst ever, did very little work, decided he was entitled to 5K dollars which was a deposit for Palm Trees, never ordered trees, kept the money. We succesfully won arbitration from him but he is refusing to pay. Avoid!

He is fabulous, I could not have asked for more. It turned out beautiful. He understood what we wanted and he made it a reality.

Very quick and competitive and responsiveness. When they say they're coming out they come out. I've never had any issues or problems with lonnie, or anybody on his crew and after storms, when i needed work done trees trimmed. they were out within a day after i called them couple days. I'd been using him 2 years and I plan to continue to use them and recommend them for anybody else.

Always on time and they do what they said they are going to, I am always happy with their work.
