Love having Stevie come to clean our house, every other week! She is on time, does a thorough job!

Perfect, two ladies showed up and realized that the cleanup was extensive. They called in another girl to help and completed the job.

They've done a great job so far!

They cleaned the house for me for a while for about a year. They were fair. They were okay. The price was okay. On the responsiveness, that was pretty good. On their punctuality, that was pretty good. Their professional for most part they were pretty good. Overtime, you know, I could see where they were cutting corners. If I just used them once, and I did I used them for a while but I was thinking of letting them go before I moved anyway.

Good. No problems

We have now been using The Pampered House for one year and we remain completely satisfied, due primarily to the exceptional work Beth does every single time she comes to clean. She is now our preferred cleaner and is able to clean for us almost every time. We did a review right after starting this service, but just wanted to add this to give a large "thumbs up" to Beth for her alwalys cheerful, and skillful job performance. Thanks.

The cleaning crew did not do a deep cleaning on the first trip out. windows sills were missed, area over the doors were missed two hanging lights were missed. ceiling fans were not cleaned, basically everything that was above eye level was missed. On the second trip out the two hanging lights were not still not cleaned even though I specifically pointed that out but the window sills and blinds were cleaned. Several overhead lights (bathroom) still had dust. The air vents were dusty and not cleaned. The areas that they did clean were done well but I expected a lot better. I expected a "deep clean" but seems I only got a basic dust down for areas at and below eye level. The cleaners were very friendly and courteous and professional in their attitude but overall, I cannot recommend them.

Scheduling was very simple - just called the number listed on Angie's List. Two ladies from Pampered House showed up on the day that was scheduled and they went right to work - even worked through lunch. We are putting them on a regular service.

Very good. We now have the same lady coming every week and she is very pleasant and up-beat. She does and excellent job.

The first time they came I paid $156 for basic cleaning but now I pay them $91. They do a good job, I think the price is reasonable and I feel like the individuals who come to do the cleaning are professional. The only thing I don't like is that they don't always give me a call whenever they're going to be late. I've been using them for about 2 months now and that's the only issue that I have.

Pampered House Maid Services sent me Lindsay on three occasions now. She has done a wonderful job of cleaning our home. She was here 3 - 3.5 hours. Fair price in my opinion. We have no children, no pets. I was very impressed with Kelly when she came out to quote me a price. Very professional and walked with me through the house, making notes on a clipboard, discussing what I expected and what they could deliver. They provide the cleaning supplies. I will continue to use The Pampered House twice a month as I am very pleased with the results.

They did very well. I have used them a couple more times. The owner was excellent in informing me of the work she recommended and also estimating the costs. I would definitly recommend them to others.

Things went very well. The lady did a wonderful job. In fact we had her clean the house when we moved out of our son's place. We spent $50. She's very friendly and cooperative.

I see that I am joining the growing list of A reviews. It doesn't surprise me at all. The experience was totally positive and universally excellent. My wife filled out the form on their web site. Shortly thereafter, she received a call from Kelly, the owner. Kelly asked questions and they had a general discussion about what we were looking for. They made an appointment for Kelly to visit our home the next day. Prior to the appointment, Kelly called to confirm. She arrived promptly and, with great detail and professionalism went through the house noting what we wanted accomplished. The rate was fair and an appointment was made for the next morning. There is no contract, no fine print. She agreed to clean our house. We agreed to pay her for it. Couldn't be simpler. Why does there have to be a contract anyway? The Cleaning Person arrived a couple of minutes early. When she came into the house (I work at home), she asked some general questions, but it was obvious that she knew the details already. She was great! A great cleaning job, a positive attitude, a great personality and lots of smiles. It was clear that she enjoyed her job and that just made the experience that much better. Everything about this company is head and shoulders above every other cleaning company we have dealt with. It isn't even close. There really should be a higher score than A. And, oh, when my wife came home from work she was even more pleased than I was. And, as all husbands know, that is the most important thing.

Kelly, the owner, sent two maids out to my house for the cleaning. They arrived on time: the first one was actually about 10 minutes early. They asked me a few questions about specific areas that I thought might need extra attention. I told them I was concerned about my newly installed laminate floors. I had been told by my installer that laminate floors were extremely sensitive to standing water, and that I should not mop them in a traditional fashion. I gave the maids my Swiffer pad "mop" and laminate floor spray to use. I saw them "mop" the floor with the Swiffer and spray, but when they left I could still see some dirty spots on my floor. I also noticed that a couple of vases in my master bedroom were still pretty dusty. I wasn't going to make a fuss over it since everything else turned out great, but Kelly called me the next morning to check up on the job. I expressed my disappointment over the floors and the dusting, but I told her I would do it myself. Even though I wasn't making a big fuss about it, she said she wanted to make it right. She also said it was important to her to follow up on jobs in person so that she could make sure her maids were cleaning up to her standards. She stopped by my house a couple of hours later and walked through everything. She found areas in my master bedroom that her maid overlooked that I never would have even noticed. As for my floors, Kelly explained to me that the Swiffer and spray do very little to actually clean your floors. She said that in over 10 years of mopping laminate floors, she has never had a client complain of subsequent water damage. She assured me that her maids wring out their mop three times each time they re-wet it. In order to allay my fears, she said she would instruct her maid to mop my floors in very small sections, and dry each section with a cloth before moving on to the next. She sent her most tenured employ to my home that same afternoon to mop my floors and detail my master bedroom. It took the maid about 45 minutes to do everything and she had me look over everything before she left. Kelly did not charge me for the follow-up service. It is great to do business with somebody who values their work. and holds their employs to a higher standard than I do. I highly recommend The Pampered House maid service to anyone. I will definitely be using their services again.

They are so good, they customize the cleaning to your needs. I live alone and I have two bedrooms and a guest bathroom that are rarely used and they considered that when determining my price. The cleaning overall is very good and they are very very professional

We use this service monthly and they do a good job. Seldom has the same worker come back the next month. All things considered they do a good job and are pretty flexible.

My experience with them was okay. She hire other employees to do work.

I used Pampered House services for housecleaning for about two months. I paid approximately $130 for a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house every two weeks. They provided the cleaning products and I provided the vacuum, sweep, mop, etc. The staff was courteous and helpful. The housekeeper was friendly and punctual while doing a good job. I had no complaints.

My neighbor recommended this servicea. Manager came out and gave estimate that was right on the mark. The women arrived on time, worked hard, did the things I asked of them, helped me take down and put back up some curtains, did a great job on the shower. That's about it. Good service for the money.

They have been excellent. They charged $65 for two and a half hours of cleaning by one person. So far, every person that has come in has paid attention to what I have asked for because I have much to ask. I basically want certain things done, and if they get those done then there are other things that they can do. Everything they have done is very very clean and looks very nice. I have been happy with them.

I am very pleased with Pampered House. They have cleaned my house several times in the past and I recently started them on a regular basis, every two weeks. They always call the day before and arrive on time. I have used cleaning services in the past who did not do a very thorough job and I had to call them back to clean missed areas. I have never had to call Pampered House to come back. I highly recommend this company.

I'm very picky about house cleaning and I haven't been able to find someone for a long time that knows how to really clean. I was out of the country for 3 months and needed help when I got back. I asked the company to send me 2 girls to do deep cleaning. They were very punctual and I was very happy with one only; I decided to use her only from now on and she did exactly what I asked her to do and the way that I want her to do it. The other lady had to be told step by step what to do and was very slow; the one I liked cleaned everything that needed to be cleaned with out me asking her to do so. She is good and very dependable; I gues we have to try few to find the right one. The company charges $24/hr for each girl and the money goes to the company; they take their chunk and give the workers the rest. I usually have that lady twice / month. you can have her as many hours as you want.

I have been using them for the last 6 years. They have good staff. Whenever there is a problem, they make sure I am satisfied. They manage their employees very well. They have good standards. They will willingly talk about anything that is not to you liking. They send forms twice a year to ask about quality in 10 different areas.
