Description of Work: Called them last week, havent heard from them either about our estimate. They apologized the first time and sent someone else out to give an estimate, but again we have not heard from them.

Description of Work: Rodney Dorsey came to my home to bid on replacing a bay window on the second floor. He responded quickly and was very professional. He climbed to the top of the window to see the problem and to my surprise told me he did not think I needed to replace the window. He pointed out the problems and told me how to fix it. He refused to take any pay for his time but answered all my questions on how to do the repairs. I would use this company for any future repairs.
