Wayne was timely and knowledgeable.

Wayne was on time, fair with pricing and very easy to work with. Was able to repair our residential fridge in RV. Glad I found him and will certainly call him if needed again in the future.

After not having a dryer repaired for a month from our Home Shield providers, we were referred to Wayne at Rightway Appliance Repair. He arrived the same day we called him and fixed our dryer in one visit. Price was fair and Wayne also gave us great advice about how to maintain our Washer and Dryer. Thank you Wayne and Rightway Appliance Repair for a great experience !

It took two trips with two charges to fix refrigerator.

I had to install my own refrigerator handle and ice maker still does not work.

A guy named Wayne came out to repair my dryer which would t turn on. He should have checked the outlet for power first (basic troubleshooting), but instead of that told my wife that our 2-year old dryer was wired wrong at the factory and would now need a new control board ($800.00). He installed the new board wrong and punctured our vent hose in the process. The result was our air fluff setting and heat settings are backwards and all that was really needed was a replacement wall outlet. In the end, we had to replace the dryer as Wayne with Rightway had jacked it up so bad that it had to be replaced. RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND DONT LET THEM WORK ON ANYTHING THAT YOU MAY VALUE!!! They will not return calls once they get your money.

Wayne from Rightway Appliance was professional and had a reasonable price for the repair.

Very Knowledgeable and quick. Stands behind his work and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied. I've hired him immediately for another job. I would highly recommend him for his appliance repair.

They are very helpful and personal they answer all your questions and explain what they re doing as they do it it was very intuitive to have the tech here at my house

Wayne knew what he was doing.

They do not have a phone or contact number that works after they have your money. When I called them from my iphone, I got a non-working number, when I called the number given on their website with a different phone, I was able to talk to Kyle again. This was very troublesome for me as I paid them for the job thinking they were coming back in two days. Apparently they didnâ t even order the parts but spent the money. I have 4 pages of texts from him that should give anyone pause to hire Rightway Appliance. Iâ ll be more than happy to share those with Home Advisor. I have over 5 different phone numbers and none of them work once you are a client. When I finally had enough and texted him I would report him he responded with four 81/2 x 11 text pages trying to explain his losses from other people taking his money and he is not financially able to process a refund was the finally result. I made the mistake of paying him in advance and know better.

They went the extra mile to find & fix the problem and didn't just say replace it. I would hire them again.

I only gave a .5 rating in all categories because I had to. This crew is a joke. They originally came out on 7/29 and diagnosed 2 part failures. Said they would order the parts and return on 8/5 to install them. I stayed home from work all day on 8/5, no call, and no show. On 8/6 they came out and installed the two parts they ordered and that I pre-paid for. This did not solve the problem. Their explanation was that another part had failed and they would need to take the microwave with them to fix the part and return it to me at the end of that week. As of 8/29, I still have no working microwave. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and was again refused a refund today by the owner of the company because a repair was offered and I refused it. This is not true. The only time I ever heard a price for the additional repair was today AFTER my refund was being refused.......for turning down a repair. It is a shame I cannot post the screenshots of our text conversations on here to confirm what happened. I am sure the owner will point to the policy on his website that states when and why a transaction is unavailable for refund. Then he blames a communication problem with his staff and still no acceptance of the problem. Regardless, I have paid money for a repair that did not work. They are refusing a refund even though they could not complete the transaction. Lesson learned. I should have checked their reviews first. You can see some similar experiences to mine. Based on my experience, I have to believe the positive reviews here are from family, employees, and/or friends. Do NOT do business with these people if you can avoid it.

They were quick to respond, assess the problem, and complete the repair. Being fast, efficient, and reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again!

Please do yourself a favor & do not do business with these people. We hired them to fix our washing machine & they took close to $400 from us, never ordered the part they said it needed much less fixed it AFTER we had them come out TWICE. It has been a battle with them to make good on their screw ups since MAY of 2019. I finally told him that we wanted our money back this past Sunday & told him I would give him a week to pay me back before I took him to small claims court & give him a negative review. It is now 1 week later & I haven t seen a DIME of my money. He lied on MULTIPLE occasions and tried to say that he had installed the part which I have EVIDENCE that he did NOT (this was the part they NEVER EVEN ORDERED!! Which is what make all of this so incredibly ridiculous. The owner is very dishonest & has no scruples about stealing your money. Trust me & stay as far away as possible.

paid upfront for services. nothing was fixed!!! paid additional $$ for part they said was needed and then havent heard from them in a week and a half. would not recommend!!
