Wayne was courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it without delay. The cost of repair was reasonable and fair. I will call him again if needed.

I have a GE Cafe Series refrigerator. The ice maker was not freezing the ice or working properly. On 9/20, I had Rightway come out to conduct the diagnosis and perform the repair. Tech stated ice maker was bad so he ordered and replaced unit. Ice maker still did not work properly and ice wasn't forming or freezing. On 9/29, I wrote him stating the ice maker wasn't working and he said it has to be the fan and Freon. He gave me a break on the labor charge and installed a fan on 10/5. A week went by and still the ice maker wasn't working properly. On 10/11 contacted the Tech to let him know about the ice maker and he said he would consult with a friend and get back to me. No response until 10/22 when I had to contact him again and he offered to come out on Wednesday 10/24 to look at it. Resolved to calling a GE certified tech and he came out and stated it was the computer board and not the ice maker or the fan. Needless to say, this repair has cost me a ridiculous amount in unnecessary parts and labor. Not to mention it was completed by another company. Contacted Rightway to see if we could return the parts and if there was anything else that he could do. His response was "No" on the returns and that we had a 90 day warranty on the new ice maker and the fan but nothing else. I wish I had a similar experience to the others writing these reviews. If I had not taken the initiative to contact them, I would not have gotten any responses. It has taken over a month to get an ice maker fixed. Not to mention I have spent about 40% of what a new refrigerator costs in unneeded parts/repairs. Can't recommend them based on my experience.

A part came off dishwasher, could no be reused. Tech ordering new part from factory. Due to limited part need in repairs. So, awaiting part.

The prices were high. He was on time and did fix it. The repairs cost almost as much as buying a new one

This guy is a rip-off

We need to call him back for a little problem that wasn't fixed, but his work comes with a gaurantee.
