I would highly recommend this company. The Tech was very nice and was upfront on issues regarding my dishwasher.

I have paid them over 600.00 dollars and after more than 2 weeks I still don t have a working refrigerator. They have been here 3 times and never call me to follow up on their work after telling me to wait 24 hours to see if it starts cooling. They order parts and never call me when they come in to set up installation. They lost my invoice for over 300.00 dollars and asked me to provide it to them. Overall I would never hire them again

Eric arrived in time. He was professional was thorough and provided good answers to my questions and went over and above the call of duty. It is apparent he has pride in his work and enjoys his chosen profession. I would use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

workman ship is extraordinary, keeping to the arrival time quoted needs a little work. although the tech did have a family emergency on first day , but was 2 hours behind of the time he was scheduled ( by him) to arrive in the second day.

Wayne is well skilled at his craft but the office communication needs to be improved.

Rightway was fast and friendly! I appreciated their quick response and appointment to resolve my issue. I got an appointment within less than 24 hours! Daniel made sure everything was prepared ahead of my appointment with Eric (field tech). Eric called later that evening to confirm, and he texted me when he was on the way. The appointment lasted about 30 minutes and we were done, I appreciated this company so much!

We hired him to fix a loud washing machine. He was late to the appointment. He took 16 hours to "fix" the problem over the course of 3 appointments. The first load of laundry I ran after he was done, the washer leaked water - which it had never done before. On the 3rd load it started making the loud banging sound again. Maybe he needs to not repair front-loading washers. He was unprofessional in his communications with us and with his staff, talking on the phone while he was working on our washer. I hope he improves his customer service skills as well as his repairing skills.
