+ -1 moreReplaced a value under the sink. I like dealing with local providers who can control their own schedules and tell you what is happening. The service was simple and he even said that it could be fixed with just a washer but said he would replace the value if it was him. He was professional and kind and informative. Wish he could have scheduled the service sooner but as he said it is the height of air conditioning season and ours was not an emergency. We will call again if we need plumbing or air conditioning service.

Description of Work: Had all new aircondition ducs installed. Redman came 500 dollars under other estimate. Very professional, on time, good communication, cleaned up after wards. Would recommend his business to anybody.

+ -1 moreWe have been using Redman Service for years. He is so honest and dependable as well as an overall good guy. His wife does the scheduling and she, too, is great. His prices are very reasonable and he has always been able to solve our problems on the initial trip....even when my husband cut through a line with a shovel! He has made it possible for us to get the most out of our old unit. We wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
Description of Work: He spend a long time working to clean out our old consensors. He reconnected the condensor coils and added referigerant.This is an old unit and had packed up with dust and lint inside. His labor cost was less than $100.

+ -1 moreHe responded to my call with concern and came the next day. Had a spare fan motor on his truck and replaced it promptly. He also noticed that the wiring had not been set up correctly and fixed that also.
Description of Work: Replaced a defective fan motor in my furnace. Rewired what was not done correctly at factory.

+ -1 moreTried to cut off the water to house using cities cutoff valve. Could not turn it. Too old I guess. Called Redman and he came on time(little early actually. He and his apprentice had to do some digging to get to the old valve. Then they managed to get the old valve turned off. They then installed a new valve that I can operate, and replaced a section of the old water line. Put in a new cover over the new valve and replaced all the dirt they had dug up. Very nice job and pretty quick too. Will always call him when I need plumbing done.( Or Heating & AC, does that too)

Description of Work: I had another company do and installation of a complete heat and a/c system in a garage. The other company was not able to complet the job and I ended up doing most of the work. After is was said to be serviceable, I went to turn the system on and it didn't work. I called redman services who I've used in the past and he was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix the shortcommings from the previous installer. The problem was the excessive use of soldier on joints and it clogged an inline filter. Will not use them again, but Redman Services has come through every time in home, garage and my business office. Would definately use Redman Services again.
