Lance did a great job clearing my property, even went above and beyond what we asked for! i would definitely hire him again when we need work done!!

He was very respectful and curtious to both myself and my wife. He never talked down to us just because we didn’t know about building a driveway, I respected that. He showed up when he said he would and did the job as well as can be expected. The driveway is still as beautiful as the day it went in. When the job is was complete he left everything cleaned and no trash left onsite. More than I can say for some others. Very well priced for the job at hand and completed on time. Will and have referred him to friends and will call him again when and if another project comes up.

He is that kind of busy guy, I will fit you in when I can type of guy.. He also mentions that he is a Christian... When he smells the money he comes promptly without adequate measurement tools and walks steps around the area "see, they say a wide step is 3 foot, he says" After telling me that the driveway will not washout because he puts the best road base loose and that my 2 wheel drive truck won't spin the back wheels when empty... 1 week later, a small rain, and $4.300.00 later , the driveway is washed out completely just like before and I still cannot go up the hill empty without spinning my wheel. On December 2nd I text him... "I am really not happy about it, far nastier than before, and I send pictures" on the 4th he answers "Ill tine it up when I get back, Thanks" Remember? he is that kind of big busy guy whose got other fish to Fry with the Hurricane damage on the coast!!!! I have not heard from him yet and the $4300 road base is washed out because it was not pounded properly and there was nothing to keep the road base from moving... Think about it, he lives close to where I am at, so even if he charges $80 a bobcat hour for the 5 hours he was there and say on a very very high retail $200 a load of road base of roughly 500 foot driveway... Bottom line, I will let you make up your mind!

The Dirt Guy is probably the best and easiest contractor I have ever delt with. He is more than fair and I will hire him again for other outdoor and indoor work that we are going to need have done. What a wonderful person to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a fair deal and someone who is also a Christian by actions....not a preacher for sure...but lives by the golden rule. He was wonderful and felt like he was family by the time our fence was finished. He did it right and didn't skimp on products he used. I can't say enough about this wonderful company and the person who owns it. Thank you so much Lance and thank you Homeadviser.
