One thing that should be noted is that one needs to be aware of the weather during the time they want this work to be done. If it is excessively humid the drying time increases, so be aware of the weather during the time you want this done. Jamie and his workers were very polite and easy to talk to and will answer any questions you may have. If I ever need this type of work in the future I will surely call them.

Very dependable, always on time and worked diligently, insuring that job was done with perfection. I am very pleased with my patio slab. It is 12' x 34' and was completed in one day. They surveyed the area on one day and came back and did dirt work, built the frame and poured the concrete in 1 day. They cleaned up the area when finished and when they were gone the only thing left was a beautiful large patio. Very pleased and will hire them again for other projects.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful never have i been insulted by someone I've hired to come do work on my property. Quality of work was awesome, time management and customer service was absolute garbage. Not only did one of the employees disrespect my wife in front of me and then storm off before completing the job, but when i confronted the owner about it he refused to listen. He was extremely unprofessional and he took his employees side and left it at that. At that point i was going to fire them and look for another contractor. However, another contractor came and looked at the property and told me he honestly didn't think he could do as high quality work as what had already been done. He also stated that hiring someone else half way through a project would cost more then just allowing them to finish the project. On top of that a project which the owner said would only take 3 days took 2 months. So not only was i disrespected but had to wait for an extended period of time before they finished. On top of that the owner came back and stared asking for an additional $300 from the agreed upon price due to miscalculating the amount of concrete needed to do the job. After i said no he had the audacity to state that $300 was nothing compared to the $4000 it was already going to cost to install the driveway which he stated he could install for at that price.

Concert Magic was hired to apply an epoxy coating to my garage floor. Jamie and Benji were professional and helpful with explaining the importance of the process to include maintenance once the floor was done. My garage floor is gorgeous thanks to Concrete Magic. I truly recommend them for any of your big projects.

Concrete Magic was hired to lay down an epoxy coating for my workshop, which had some interesting obstacles (automotive lift, steel spiral staircase, etc.). I had a very specific idea in mind for what I wanted to have, and I was given the opportunity to choose my own chip ratios to get precisely what I wanted. I'm very happy with the outcome. I knew that the floor was going to be a major showpiece of the workshop (even though that wasn't the intent), and sure enough it is the first thing that people mention when looking at the pictures. Jamie and his crew were extremely dedicated and conscientious about making sure the job was done correctly. I have additional work that needs to be done on the property, and will be engaging Concrete Magic to complete those projects as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have envy-worthy flooring.

Very dedicated to the job, it started to rain when they were almost finished so they covered the job and waited for the rain to stop. They finished at 930pm and came back the next morning to clean up.

They are very willing to do whatever you need. Even though weather held up their schedule, they made every effort to finish the work on time.

I hired Concrete Magic Designs to expand my driveway due to vehicles being so close to each other, I got tired of butchering up my grass so I can make space for my wife's car. Jamie conducted himself very professionally and was really easy to talk to. The project from start to finish took about a week and a half. His crew was awesome and the driveway looks great. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to future jobs with this company.

This company reminds me of the way customer service use to be and still should be. The focus was on performance and assuring the customer received that which was committed. Truly a people's based operation.
