 + -1 moreIt was fine. He did everything that we expected him to do. The scheduling was fine. He got the job done in about an hour to an hour and a half.
Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $49 for One Hour of On-Site Computer Labor. He cleaned up the computer. We have a Lenovo computer.

 + -1 moreHe came and ran diagnostic tests on 3 of my computers, debugged them and added some software to 2 of them. He started on one and while it was going, he would start on another. He was very efficient in that. Not all my issues were resolved in one session and I have been planning on having him back to address some of the others we did not get to. I felt very comfortable around him and asked him many questions. It was overall a very good experience.

 + -1 moreIt went great! I gave them a call in the evening and Kevin was here the next morning. I am so grateful for the quick and excellent service. 1Fix did a better job and charged less than I've paid in the past, too. I will call them again!
