Everything went very well. The communication at the office was excellent and the young man who delivered and spread the rocks was on time, so nice, and he did an excellent job.

Professional service, great pricing. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting too quality work!

I've had the ground guys install a retaining wall and french drain. They worked in the mud, still in a good mood and explained everything to me before, during and after the process. Everyone is incredibly nice and their work is exceptional. I just moved to Cedar Creek and Grounds Guys made the landscaping stress free. I plan to always use them when I need ANY yard work and cannot recommend them enough!

Always Fantastic, Robin is a great Rep for the company. I can always get ahold of her and she is so easy to work with. I recommend The Grounds Guys to everyone on the Cedar Creek group I am in and I will continue to do so.

Well you would say it didn't go, on annual plan, they missed 3 treatments said it was because they were short handed. Wrong guy doing the job, had too many other jobs. Gave us credit the next year, heard from them once, then I would have to call to find out when they were coming back. Office staff not responsive to emails or phone calls. Have had 2 treatments out of 5 for this year. Time for another one and never have heard from them yet. Would not go with this company at all. Poor service, they only want the big contracts like the schools. The little guys just push us back on the burner even tho we have paid for a whole year.

First, I hope that James & April are ok. I find it incredibly odd that I can't get in touch with them despite about a dozen calls and even having my neighbor try and reach them. I met with James in late May and we agreed he would do my lawn for the rest of the summer. I told him I would be out of town and back in mid-July. I arrived back July 11th to find my grass knee high, weeds out of control, etc. I tried multiple times to call Lawn Builders and generally tried to be quite understanding in my voice mails to them. They have yet to call me back despite my fervent attempts to reach them. Upon arriving July 11, I paid the June invoice which consisted of just two trips to my house according to the invoice @ $85 / week. Clearly some work was missing in June most likely explaining the knee high grass. I tried to reach Lawn Builders until July 24th when I contracted a different company as now my grass was nearing my waist in a few places. I still have not heard from Lawn Builders despite at least 10 different voice mails over approximate dozen calls. Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive behavior by Lawn Builders.

Very pleasant. Gave me general estimate with cost of going to city dump to be added onto charge. Worked hard- Had to come back next day due to amount of time it took to go to city dump with load of leaves. Did excellent job in back, but left bundle of branches. Did not do so well in front yard. Left some leaves, mainly in the area where the truck was parked, only did fair job in front yard.

He is a very nice man, very knowledgeable. He is outgoing and does very high quality work. He can analyze your lawn health and provide maintenance if needed.
