I needed to have my washer uninstalled. They scheduled it quickly and gave me a great price, much cheaper then the other pros I talked to. When the repairman man came he greeted me with a smile and finished the job quickly . I was very satisfied with my experience.

Very professional. Focused on the work, does not hang around chatting but gets right to the job at hand. I had them repair (major) my washing machine and had to wait for 24 hours before trying it out so will be running a load tonight. If anything goes awry I will update but the test spin cycle he ran after did not make the HUGE noise it had been making once he put the bearing kit in. YAY! So excited! Update: It is working fine! The spin is so quiet now I cannot even hear it. It used to be so loud you could not have a conversation in the next room! Ahhhh, FIXED!

Excellent company told me they would be here at 5 p.m. showed up at 4:15 and we're out of here by 4:36 I think that's pretty good! And my problem was fixed I could wash my clothes again how great is that! I would recommend this company to anyone they are experior to some of the others I have used.
