The technician called within 10 minutes after I requested a call. He told me when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was dressed well and was very friendly. He listened to my problem and went straight to work. He was able to get the problem resolved in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repairs.
