Mauricio is very professional and is easy to get in touch with. Communication is very good. I had a Whirlpool washer that needed repaired. They advised which part was needed, ordered the part and returned as they said they would to complete the repair. I would highly recommend Countryside Appliance Repair.

My GE Monogram is 15 years old and both the freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one because of age at a cost of $7500.00 but first I wanted to have it checked out just in case. I had an appliance repairman I always used that was great but phone was disconnected. Through research with another site, I found Maurisio, owner of Countryside Appliance Repair, who came with nothing but high reviews. After leaving a message with Maurisio, he was very prompt in calling me back. I had an appointment with Maurisio the next day, between 11:00 and 1:00. The day of the appointment, Maurisio called and said he could be here between 10:30 and 11:30. He arrived within that time with a smile and very friendly. Maurisio was quick in finding the source of the problem and fixed it the same day, saving us thousands of dollars. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him. Maurisio does just about any appliance so if you need him other than refrigerator, don't hesitate to call him. At the time of my repair, Maurisio does not take credit cards, cash or checks only.

Thoroughly checked out the dryer to determine the problem. Ordered the needed parts, returned, and installed them. Keep me informed about time of arrival. Very knowledgeable about Samsung whereas other companies would not work on the dryer. Would recommend Countryside for your appliance repair

He does not accept credit cards. Did not tell me ahead of service or calling.

The repairman had to come back a second time to repair the dishwasher. This is not unusual considering the complexity of todays modern appliances. The question is how is the repairman's attitude in having to return for a second trip. He could not have been nicer. He returned promptly and had the machine working properly in a few minutes. I would use his services again. He was courteous, pleasant, and efficient.
