This was an awesome experience. Professional, courteous and the response time was phenomenal. He actually called me, I did not have to call back once the recommendations came in. He also was honest enough to tell me the cost of fixing my 17 yr old dishwasher would be too costly, a new one would be the better option. Therefore, I took advantage of him being on site and had him clean the coils on 3 refrigerators and fix one that was leaking water inside. Fast, honest, responsive. Couldn't ask for more. Excellent response time. Maurisio was very professional and courteous. He repaired a refrigerator and dryer. I asked for help with my oven and he advised against repairing since the problem was more cosmetic, and did not impact performance. He explained how the repair could lead to other more serious problems. I appreciated the honesty. I will definitely use Countryside again!
