Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I thought the pricing was excessive. I was calling, asking them to like preventive maintenance, run the lines to make sure they were clean, and then they charged for a line and it was over $200. They didn't put any drop cloths down and the plumber didn't have any means of cleaning up his mess after he finished. That was about it. I would say except for the mess and the price, it was good. I would tell people they're good if you can't find a plumber, but the price is high.

They arrived quickly and got the job done at a reasonable price.

Wow! Mother's Day. Woke up to flood in the bathroom. We called 2 other places first. The first one said they didn't have anyone available for an emergency call so couldn't get out till Tuesday or Wednesday. The 2nd place took FOREVER to even get to the point of giving us a time window for someone to come. Before he could even tell us if it was possible for someone to come today, we had to give them all our personal information! Very, very annoying! In the end, made an appointment, with a window between 12-4 (it was currently 9:30 AM) but also had to give my credit card over the phone and leave a $69 (thankfully, refundable) deposit. After we hung up, my husband said to try Roto Rooter. Well, that definitely should have been our first call! Got a live person right away, explained the problem, didn't ask for a ton of information. No credit card information requested, no emergency or minimum cost to pay. Said when the serviceman came he would look and give us an estimate. We weren't obligated and we could decide at a later date whether to do the work. She said the serviceman Daniel would give us a call himself within the next 15 minutes and let us know when he would be by. If we didn't hear by 15 minutes, to call back. Daniel called in LESS than 15 minutes and was at our house within 30! Can't say enough! He used the electric snake and camera, cleared the clog, saw the pipes weren't damaged. Job guaranteed for 6 months. Well worth the $278! Would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and Daniel was so professional and absolutely knew what he was doing - thank you, thank you!

It is not a good situation! They left us with no water!

Everything went well. Art did a good job. He had all of the parts ready for the job. He explained everything to me, and how the faucet and soap dispenser worked.
