Description of Work: NO WORK WAS PERFORMED ..... UNFORTUNATELY YOUR SYSTEM HAS A FATAL FLAW. THESE "POOL SERVICES" ALL USE THE SAME NAME (Crystal Clear) BUT HAVE ALTERNATE ADDRESSES. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DETERMINE WHICH "Crystal Clear" Pool Service TO WHICH YOU WISH TO REFER. IN ADDITION, IN OUR PARTICULAR SITUATION THE INDIVIDUAL POSING AS "Crystal Clear Pool Service" USED ONLY A TELEPHONE NUMBER (NO ADDRESS WHATSOEVER) ON ITS ADVERTISING. THE CHECK, MADE PAYABLE TO "Crystal Clear Pool Service" WAS CASHED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A READABLE ENDORSEMENT ON THE REVERSE. THUS, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRACE THIS PARTICULAR "Crystal Clear Pool Service" notwithstanding the fact that we know exactly who the individual was that perpetrated the deception and ultimate fraud. PLEASE WARN YOUR SUBSCRIBERS: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE WHO DOES NOT GIVE YOU ADEQUATE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW UP ON YOUR PAYMENT> You need at least the following: 1) an actual street address (not a P.O BOX) 2) Their driver's License Number (BETTER YET > a copy of the license itself) REMEMBER, YOU ARE ALLOWING A STRANGER ACCESS TO YOUR HOME!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Company was hired to do weekly pool maintenance--vacuum pool, empty skimmer baskets, empty Polaris bag, brush sides of pool, apply necessary chemicals, and leave notification of condition of pool/equipment.
