Description of Work: This was an Angie's list "special" for $75.00 for a remodeling estimate for our kitchen. The special included a CAD rendering of the new kitchen after completion. My only complaint was he was unresponsive to my wife's request for a corner pantry. This request was ignored in the rendering, even after I told him my wife insisted. We moved on to another contractor.

Description of Work: I would highly reccommend Swanson Renovation for remodeling. From the very start, Chad and Carter were prompt, informative, and sensitive to the budget. The total gut and removal of the old kitchen was painless and the clean up was fast and thorough.

Description of Work: We hired Swanson Renovations for a master bathroom remodel and it was a great experience. Chad Swanson not only brings his professional experience as a contractor, he also brings his incredible eye for design and an outstanding work ethic.I never made a phone call or text without hearing from Chad immediately. Chad and his project manager Carter Lyons, were present for all the decisions and thoroughly explained each step of the process to first-time home renovators. This was a wonderful experience and we will use them again for our next project.

Sorry for any inconvenience.Regards, Chad SwansonSwanson Renovations, LLC" I thought the response was very unprofessional. I thought they should made an appointment and then told me how far out they were in delivering their product. At the very least be willing to get back in contact with me. My reply to them: Chad....you are very fortunate to have a company high on the Angie List. This day and age, you are lucky to find work. Many people are willing to wait for a good company to do their renovations. You shouldn't look a "gift-horse" in the mouth. I'll let "Angie" know. V/R Jackie

Description of Work: Sent an email via the company's website inquiring about doing work for us, no response after a few days. Followed up with a phone call and left a message asking for a call back to get an estimate on bathroom remodeling. No response at all to either request. Wouldn't even consider hiring someone that doesn't respond to phone calls.

Description of Work: Chad Swanson helped us out a lot with ideas. He assisted us with a 3D plan of our master bathroom. He was quick and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him!!!!

Description of Work: He was on time and cordial, he took measurements of my kitchen, and drew up some ideas on his note pad. I wanted to remove some walls to open up the kitchen, this project will take it down to the studs, and complete redo, with new cabinets, and add a dishwasher. but I have never heard from him again. He said he would send me something, when he left. I graded C because he did show up on time. This special was from "the big deal"
