They poured several concrete decks around our pool decks. The company apeared to be a reputable company after we checked out there instalations and facilities. They used two diferent crews, one to lay the forms, head of that project was Waldo who is an excelent and responsable worker. The second crew was who poured the concrete and stampede, that crew was there just to get in late and get out fast with no regards for detail on the finish project. The project menager, Frankie who should be there to manage the crew and make sure they did it right, he only showed up at my house when was time to colect the payments. Never showed up to see what the crew was doing. When we sighn the contract, agree to make 3 equal payments, first pour, second pour and 3rd and last payment after totally finish the project and clean the up. We had words and arguments to the point that he pull out the crew that was ready to do the last pour, because he wanted us to breach the contract by making the last payment prior to the complition. Two days later we gave him an ultimatum : He had 48 hours to pour the concrete. If not he would be trespassin our proprety and we would get another company to finish the job. We were in position to do that at this time because with the money we owed them we could get the job done by another company with no problems. They finished the job, but we got tired of fighting with them to take care of allots of final detail. Just to get them out of our life and have our backyard back to ourselves, we made the last payment . My husband, I and some hired labor cleaned the mess they left behind, re stained the whole deck and aplied the sealer. Now our back yard is just what we expected to be but not because of Super Surface Inc. We end up spending more money and allots our own sweat What we have learned from this experience is that never sign a contract where they ask for payments, not a peny, to any contractor unless the job is totaly complete.

They had done my neighbors driveway a few years ago, and he did a good job so I had him do mine too. They were very responsive. He's busy because he does residential and commercial, but they were here when they were supposed to be, and the work was beautiful.
