 + -1 moreExcellent company and service. I found them through Angie's list and also noted they were active on the Yelp app, good reviews on both. They have been here three times to the house so far. On time every time. I wouldn't let them spray about 1/2 of the back yard (small yard) as it was a vegetable garden. The first visit comprised the outside of the house with the exception of the vegetable garden. Our daughter's poodle, only our second summer with her (the poodle!), is being bathed daily now for fleas despite the first application of pesticide. I called them back for a second visit, but again, no spraying of the vegetable garden. Note: we hadn't treated the inside either. After I scratched my ankles and feet to a nub, I decided it was time to step up the game. I gave up on the garden. Cameron, who has been our rep each time, made a third visit. He commented he hadn't treated the inside of the house and fleas could travel inside and out. I told him to nuke the whole place inside and out. I made the connection that I am the only one being bitten by fleas (except for the poodle). The poodle and I are the only ones in the garden, probably the source of the infection. I fully expected to pay again on the third visit since he was going to spray more of the yard and then treat the whole of the inside of the house. He wouldn't hear of it. Covered under warranty. Recommended.

Description of Work: I have used Kris for many years in both my pest control and lawn care. I have given him high marks due to the service he gave me over these years. However I have to say that due to personal family issues, Kris has had to stop service on both me and my 83 year old mother. We feel that Kris is selectively firing his smaller possibly more time consuming customers. His business has grown to the point that he and his son can no longer handle the work. He also has his hands full at this time with other issues. Yet Kris still maintains his website and tweeter accounts like he is still in business. I wish the best for Kris and hopefully my good marks will help his score here on Angie's list. But Kris, don't forget those that brought you here!

Description of Work: after staining concrete and my pool surface he failed to clean up the irin stains. after spending 50 dollars to attempt to clean the pool stains he stated he would treat the yard at a reduced cost to cover cost of pool chemicals. He never came to finish cleaning stains, never treated the yard and haven't heard another word from him.
