I wasn’t very pleased. The cleaning of the carpet was good but they left a mess in bathroom. The bathroom floor was flooded and they left it that wat and things in disarray. I had to clean that up.

Excellent! They removed their shoes when they came in, which I appreciate, and re-hung all the drapes when they were finished. I plan on using them again for the oriental rugs.

I've been using Ripley Cleaning for a few years for carpet, upholstery, and duct cleaning and have always been very satisfied. I'm sure they are not the cheapest around but you do get what you pay for which is very professional service and great results. This last carpet cleaning Greg convinced me to let him add his new and quot;power scrubberand quot; option to my service. They spray the carpet with pre-spot and then go over with the power scrubber which digs through the carpet with some kind of tines and drags all the deep down dirt, pet hair, etc. out. The and quot;scrubberand quot; is followed by the regular carpet cleaning. My carpets were in bad shape in the heavy traffic areas and were pretty matted down. The power scrubber made such a difference in not only cleaning the carpets but in rejuvenating their texture--making them look and feel thicker and softer. This builder grade carpet now looks like new. I didn't have Greg do all the rooms because I didn't feel like moving stuff around in all of them but need to because there is such a difference in the carpets were were power scrubbed and those that were not. Try it. You will not be disappointed. It added about $30 to my total bill but it's completely worth it.

This is a family-owned business which is close to our former home. We were staging our home previous to listing it. and having the upholstered pieces cleaned was one of many things we had done. Greg arrived on time and did a thorough job on all the pieces. We liked the fact that they use non-toxic cleaners as well. He had good advice for treating stains, and even left us a complimentary bottle of stain remover to use in our new home.

Greg responded to my request immediately. They set up an appointment quickly and were on time. We are very satisfied with the work, and appreciated Gregs tips for maintenance goimg forward.

I've used Greg a couple of times now and have been very pleased with his professionalism and service. The first time I used him he cleaned the carpets and they seriously looked almost new again. It's clear that the other carpet cleaning services I was using were not getting much of the dirt out. The 2nd time I used Greg he did the carpets again and also cleaned out our duct work. He showed me video of what it looked like before he did it and after and it was amazing. My house had developed a dusty/musty odor and after the duct cleaning the odor was gone 100%. On top of providing he services I requested, Greg got up on my roof and fixed my dryer vent cap that he noticed was bent and stuck in an open position. He noticed it while cleaning my duct work and took it upon himself to fix it at no charge. I really appreciated that and am happy to know that critters/water, etc., are not going to be coming in via my dryer vent. Greg also cleaned an upholstered chair for me and it came out really well. As well as providing great service, Greg is professional and friendly and cleans up after himself. His wife Dawn is very pleasant to deal with when setting or changing appointments. I plan to continue to use Greg for my cleaning needs.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Greg (the owner) was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. A very likeable fellow as well. He's also a Navy veteran (as am I), so that can't hurt :) Services received were tip-top and the results were awesome. Going to be calling on them again to get some upholstery cleaned real soon. Definitely recommend them!

I think that this company does a good job and that the owner is professional and knowledgeable. I feel that however their prices are out of line. I was sold on the owners talk about how they have multiple ways to clean ducts, etc. However, they ultimately just did the same thing that everyone else does. I also felt like the technician was not very knowledgeable as he had just started in this business. It was airducts for a 2,000 sq ft house (1 ac unit) and tile in a kitchen/breakfast area and entry. It took the technician 2 hours from arrival to departure. They did do a good job and if price were no issue I may use them again. However, we will not be using them again as I feel like other companies could do the same quality work for less money.

I called to ask some questions and schedule appointment. They had a cancellation, so were able to accommodate me the next day. Dawn answered my questions, explained the different levels of service available, but did not push when I was not interested in the higher levels of service. Gary was scheduled to arrive about 11 AM. At 11:20 my husband called to let me know he was done (he arrived early). The carpets look great, the price was exactly as quoted, and he left a complementary bottle of stain remover. I look forward to using Ripley Services again.

Greg was very professional and on time. He also provided me with a bottle of what they recommend to clean up spots. Greg's wife answers the phone and she was very professional. They called us right back and they got the appointment scheduled right away. I would highly recommend them.

Never responded to email or phone call. The stuff they write in their profile, obviously, is inside empty.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I can remember (I'm 55). Two other companies tried to remove a stain and failed. Ripley came on a Saturday so it would not disturb the employees. He was extremely professional, worked like crazy and only charged their minimum. Frankly, I was surprised that the green-friendly cleaning approach worked. I will use them ALWAYS from now on for my business and home.

Everything (carpet and tile/grout) came out beautifully. We are very pleased with the service performed and the results of the cleaning. Two words I would use to describe Greg Ripley regarding carpet and tile cleaning would be: Passionate and Knowledgeable Greg is very professional in his appearance and work ethic. He and his wife (Dawn) are very nice, caring and honest individuals. Greg's helper (Bobby) was also a very polite and hardworking young man. Greg and Bobby did a fantastic job for us. They arrived on time and got busy with their work.. Greg definitely stays up-to-date on new techniques and products. He offered me good advise on how to keep my floors clean and in good shape. I was amazed at how clean my tile and gout turned out. It looks brand new! My husband was very impressed with the results. This was the first time I had my tile/grout professionally cleaned in 12 years. It was in terrible shape. I watched the tile/grout turn from milky brown to very light (almost white) beige! It is now totally restored to it's original color. My husband and I feel that we spent our money well on this project. It appears that we have all new flooring throughout our entire home. We are happy and satisfied customers. We will definitely use Ripley Services again in the future!

I called Greg and had him come out and give me a quote on a home we were buying. The house is 2 story and approximately 6100 square feet. After receiving the estimate, I told him I needed him to do it between the painters finishing up and before I moved in. He said no problem and took care of it and did just that. The carpets were extremely dirty downstairs and I was concerned if they were going to look good even after having them cleaned. I told this to Greg and he said not to worry, he had seen worse. He is extremely kind and reassuring that it makes you feel at ease. Greg and his partner, Jonathan did all the duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning in 2 days. These guys worked very hard for these 2 days, making sure home was very clean and getting it done on time. I love their dedication and attention to detail to make sure the job is done right. Having a clean home is important to me and my family. It makes a huge difference if anyone suffers with allergies. After they cleaned, my new home looked and felt amazing! I recommend Ripley Services very highly! It is a company you can trust! They are friendly, professional, and extremely hard working!!! I love them so much I will be having them clean my carpets every 6 months. And, if you have never had your duct work cleaned, you need to. They were excellent. The cleaning supplies they left with me work very well. Their prices were also very reasonable. They gave me a lot of general useful information such as what to do not to make a stain worse. It was information I would not have otherwise known. They certainly did not charge more than other commercial services. They called me when they were on their way and showed up when they said they were going to. They were very professional.

Love that this company uses non-toxic cleaning. They were able to complete all services just one week after our call, and all in one day. Professional, knowledgeable and upfront about costs. Our carpets and tile look and smell great (previous owners left a few pet staings that were improved but did not totally disappear), and we will call on Ripley Services again in the future.00

After the first treatment, we had an ink stain some back, so it was treated again, and we haven't seen it since. Mr. Ripley is very conscientious about his work, and very personable to have around. We weren't a bit nervous about having him in our home. He gave us a quart of his spot treatment mix along with specific instructions for emergency use between his visits. Mr. Ripley offers a monthly payment plan which covers his services every 6 months, and we find this to be very convenient. We do our own moving of furniture before Mr. Ripley comes just so he can get done quickly, but he assured us he would have been glad to do it.

Greg was very good to work with. He contacted me almost immediately after my request went in and was very thorough in explaining how he could help with a terrible stain issue on an expensive couch and chair. I thought he could probably get some of it out, but doubted it could look like new. When he started he mentioned how bad it was, and even indicated it may have set in too much, as it had been a couple days. But he kept at it and after the cushions dried, they look completely new! Very professional, accommodating and nice to work with. Very pleased and would highly recommend Ripley. I plan on using him again soon for carpet cleaning and air ducts.

The reasons I chose Ripley were because of advertised gentle and thorough cleaning, no residue, and reasonable price. It's been 4 weeks since the carpet was cleaned and there have been no reappearances of former spotted areas. I will recommend Ripley to friends and will use the service again myself.

Ripley Services worked around my furniture. They were very careful of my belongings. They ran the hose into my home, from their truck outside. They don't use any detergent, it is more natural. The carpet stayed cleaner longer. Sometimes when you get your carpets cleaned the dirty spots show up in about 6 weeks, this was not the case.
