I was very excited because I thought I had finally found a good service because the initial person I talked to on the phone was very nice. However the first time they cleaned my house it smelt nice but it looked like the quick clean I do before guests come over. I noticed all of my stuff was in the exact same place as it was before they came--odd but let it go. Second time I came home to dust balls between my tv stand and wall, you could tell that the chairs under the kitchen table had not been moved to clean under, I took a bath to notice dust on my counters, and even a spot on my toilet. I called which I had doing because I never complain but there were too many things wrong. I let her send out her "A" team (shouldn't they all be "A" team?). I had to be home while they came out to reclean it. That is when I noticed that they use a swifter to clean the floors--disappointing, that is not the deep clean I want. These girls were very nice but while I was talking to them about how the other team didn't sweep or do anything under my kitchen table, I was shocked to see she didn't either. I am telling her my complaint and she still doesn't move the chairs. The reason all of my stuff was magically in the exact same place??? They do not move anything--and I hardly have any knickknacks. That and the swifter was it for me. I was able to talk my lady to make a longer drive and come help. She is cheaper and even does the microwave, and fold our clothes and does the best job I have ever seen. This company gives out coupons which is a great idea. To get the coupons they ask you to write a review. I believe that is why they have so many good reviews--people want the coupons---it's genius. I would never suggest this company to anyone.

Cleaned home and did a good job.

They do housecleaning. They do a good job. All of the cleaning staff speaks English so there are no problems with communication.

I engaged Polished Cleaning after going through several other cleaning services in 3 years. I switched to them because they do more on a rotational basis (not every time, but once every 3 or 4 times) which I liked (i.e. wiping down baseboards,vacuuming between baseboards and carpet, etc.). For that I was willing to pay more than I ever have for cleaning (I have paid anywhere from $90 to $110 previously for bi-weekly service; Polished charged $135). After the second cleaning, I contacted the owner to indicate that things were not done as I expected. Particularly, the stainless steel in my kitchen was not cleaned well, and the bathrooms around the toilets were dirty (yes, I do sometimes take Clorox wipes and run them around the toilet after a cleaning to make sure...). The fridge and microwave still had food on the handles. Even if the stainless cleaner was an issue (I know water streaks can be difficult), I thought they should be clean even if not shiny. The owner apologized and offered the next cleaning for free, which I accepted. That cleaning was better, but the next and final cleaning, done two weeks later, was back to the way it was previously. I had specifically indicated that the bathrooms were an issue for me (I have boys who are not always careful) and I felt like I had been clear about my expectations. I asked several times if I was being unreasonable or if they disagreed with my expectation, and they indicated they did not. I performed my "Clorox wipe" test on my powder room floor, just in front of the toilet, and was disappointed in that it was filthy...my hand print showed clearly on the wipe as the dirt clung to it. I am sorry, but that just doesn't work for me, and especially not as I was paying more than ever for the service. When I sent her the picture of the wipe with the dirty handprint, I don't think there was much she could say. Overall, the owner was very good to deal with, but I couldn't get the issues corrected.

The thing I like most about them is that they didn't have the big initial deep clean that's very expensive whether you need it or not. They focus extra attention on different parts of the house every time, in addition to the regular cleaning, so they rotate through everything eventually.
