Platinum Painting and Gutters

It was a bad experience. During the initial estimation process, they scheduled the call twice and never showed up. Finally, they showed up, they showed up and finally they scheduled a time for the painters. On the day they showed up, they said they double-booked the appointment. They delayed the work another week. After that, they messed up the painting for the house. I don't know who they hired, but it was a messy job. I had to call the area manager, he wouldn't fix it, so I had to call the company owner and who said that he didn't believe it and he had to walk through the home. He came and saw it and said that in order to fix it, he would charge him another $5,000.00. I told him that I wasn't going to pay for his mistakes. Finally, "I said, I'm not going to pay you guys until you fix it". So, they touched it up. The problem was that my house was on the market the whole time this was going on, so it affected the sale of my house also. I would never use them again. Poor management skills and very unprofessional. My experience was pathetic.

They were fine. They were punctual, professional, and they were quick. Took about two thirds of a day to complete. The workers were great. Professionalism, and how quick they work to get the job done and quality.

It went very well. The Area Manager, Chris, was exetremely thorough and professional. The Foreman and Team Lead, Rubin and Luis, were awesome. Their team was timely and neat. They even finished the job a day ahead of schedule, impressive! We will be using their services in the future.

Excellent service at a reasonable cost

I received a quote from Raul for paining the ceilings in my home. His quote was $1000 less than the other quotes I received, and I’m really glad I went with Platinum Painting!! Raul was responsive and worked with me on timing, and the crew leader, Moses, was amazing! They painted over 3800 sq ft of ceilings in 1 day with a crew of 3. The job was well done and there was NOTHING for me to clean up when they left. I would definitely recommend Platinum Painting and will use them again for future painting needs.

I had them come to paint at my house several different times. One of several different crews did a poor job. They promptly came back , with a different crew, and fixed everything.

I had a wonderful experience with Eddie McDaniel from Platinum Painting. He seemed to be a very trustworthy person from the very beginning. They arrived exactly on time with ten painters the first day, five the next day, and it was finished within two days. They did come back to touch up a few things and everything was handled quickly and completely to my satisfaction. They were very accommodating and extremely hard working. Some listened to music while they worked and I felt the employees seemed very happy, and my feeling is that happy employees do better work, and that certainly turned out to be case. There was always someone who spoke English there to communicate with me. Having this type of job is extremely disruptive if you're living in the space, I stayed at the condo during the painting, but I would recommend families especially consider being away from the home during the job, if possible, if it is a large project.

Platinum Painting did an outstanding job for us! Chris came out and gave us an estimate that included fixing a few cracks and replacing a board on an exterior balcony that was rotted. When they got here to do the work we found a couple of other cracks and another bad board, they fixed those too at no extra cost. We were undecided on a couple of colors so he talked us through some suggestions and we're very happy with the results. The crew kept our house amazingly clean throughout the process and were very easy to work with. I can't recommend these guys enough!

The salesman showed up on time, was very punctual and promised a bid emailed by evening. I have not received the bid. I am getting bids at this point & looking for a company I can count on. If I can't even get the bid on a timely basis, I'd be a little worried about getting the job done on a timely basis.

They did a great job, very professional, good price, excellent workmanship, and they got it done ahead of schedule. With a brick home and cement board trim, I have an almost maintenance free exterior.

The guys at Platinum Painting were efficient, professional, and did a great job on all of the jobs I had them do. I would hire them again in an instant if I needed any more work!

I met with several painting companies, but Platinum stood out. Ivan was punctual and professional on our first meeting, and gave me a written bid immediately. Every other company was slow to do that. After going over all my options, I felt that Platinum was a good fit. I reached out to Ivan and he worked with me to make sure I got the best deal. Leo and his crew showed up right on time to the scheduled pain day. The completed the entire house in 2 days (2200 Sq Ft). They did a phenomenal job! I am so pleased with the color and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them!!

After having Platinum Painting referred to me by a third party contractor, and having read the reviews, I made an appointment for an exterior painting estimate. Chris arrived promptly, thoroughly inspected the premises, and provided a fair estimate. We spoke several times, and he was very responsive and detailed in answering questions. The project began immediately after a rain delay, beginning with a power wash. Victor's crew was very professional and did a great job on carpentry work as well as painting the entire exterior. Chris stopped by a couple of times during the day, as did another supervisor. Clean-up was thorough and the exterior now looks like new. I am very pleased with all aspects of the Platinum experience and would gladly recommend them.

No follow-through on quote and willingness to match paint to avoid painting of entire ceiling. We have used Platinum Painting in the past to paint the entire inside of our home including trim and ceilings (approximately 3 years ago). That job was done very well. They painted the outside of our home this spring. We were surprised at the lack of follow-through by the estimator. We repeatedly tried to contact him to try to see if he was successful in matching the paint and he failed to return any of the phone calls. His statement that the paint could not be matched was inaccurate since my husband took a paint chip to Sherwin-Williams (where the paint for both previous jobs had been purchased) and it was matched exactly with little effort. Because of the poor service on the estimate process, we opted to use someone else for the work. We tried to contact the owner twice over the past 2-3 weeks asking for a call back to inform him of the issues and to date have not received a call from him.

Work was excellent, well managed, the crew was very hard working and quick to address any minor fixes.

Everything from start to finish was great! Miguel was our point of contact through the process and arrived on time for both the initial estimate and the job. He was flexible with our needs and full of energy. The job itself went faster than he estimated it would take (he estimated a full day and maybe half the day following) - it took from 8 am - 4:30 pm. During the job, there were a couple mistakes that happened with minor splashes on the trim and ceiling, but Miguel was on top of calling to inform us and providing choices on how they were going to fix it. At the end of the job, the price that was charged was a little more than what we were told was going to be charged, but this was quickly fixed. Thank you for a great customer service experience and a fantastic paint job! I will definitely use these guys again.

I must say working with Platinum Painting has been one of the best experiences we have had with any contractor. My neighbor had some painting done by Platinum and was very pleased with their work so I asked for a phone number. On calling them they promptly returned my call with a date and time for a free quote and told us Anthony would be our contact. Anthony arrived punctually at the appointed time and my wife and I found him to be both courteous and professional in finding out exactly what we wanted done and offering common sense solutions where we were not at all sure of what we wanted. On painting day Anthony arrived with the crew introducing his foreman Edwin to us, explaining to him exactly what we wanted done and asking if we had any more questions before leaving. We were impressed with Edwin also from the start as he and his crew were highly skilled and worked wonderfully together. Other than our removing fragile breakables ourselves, Edwin and the crew gently removed drapes, shades, pictures and moved all furniture before starting the job and covering them with drop cloths. After the job was complete we were given a walk through to be sure we were completely happy, and then, and only then did they re-install everything and move furniture back. From the salesman to the painting crew we can not speak highly enough of the professionalism, quality of the results and diligence about a job well done and our satisfaction with their work. I would be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Platinum Painting was great! Eddie's consultations went well and he was very helpful in figuring out colors and cost. We had to postpone from last fall due to foundation shifting and we moved straight ahead with the work in May. Edwin and his team did an excellent job fixing foundation cracks and drywall imperfections and painting walls, ceilings, and trim. They covered flooring, furniture, etc. and cleaned up after the job. Job took two days to finish four rooms of drywall repair, and wall, ceiling, and trim painting. They were very receptive to my feedback. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. I was working from home during the entire job and they were very respectful. Great team, company, and customer service. Scheduling was easy too. Would definitely recommend.

The crew was very, very professional and friendly. They were in the house every day for a week, and they were quiet, clean, fast and careful. They moved furniture, fixed nail holes from the pictures we removed, covered the floors with paper and even built a full on plastic tent around the kitchen when they sprayed the cabinets. They gave us lots of tips and were very considerate of us. We spent every night in the house, one night in one of the guest rooms :) We'd use them again anytime,

Miguel did an excellent job with the estimate and being flexible with the project start date, as we had multiple conflicts that came up on short notice. The crew was outstanding. Very professional. They were polite, respectful, quiet, neat and extremely helpful over what turned into a 5 day project. I would want Miguel, Juan, Alfredo, Eric (and the other gentlemen who's name I can't remember) back on the next job. Great team. They are an asset to Platinum.

It went well, they were thorough, and i even referred my friend.

Chris came out at the appointment time. Reviewed the entire scope of work and sent me over a proposal. Pressure washed the house on Monday. Prep work of wood repair and caulking on Thursday. Painted on Friday. Kept me informed the whole time, masked all windows etc., and then did a final walk around. The job was perfect. Couldn't ask for anything better. VIP treatment at competitive price.

I called and was given an appointment for an estimate. Then I was sent an email that included a certificate of insurance and other information about their company. Miguel arrived to provide the estimate, looked at the work to be done, then went out to his truck. A few minutes later, he returned with a printed estimate and confirmation that the work could be scheduled within our tight time constraints. We approved the estimate. Shortly after that, I received an email confirming the scheduled time for the work to be done. Christian arrived at the scheduled time. I told him we were getting a new floor in the room where he was working, but he covered it anyway, as well as the entire path from the front door. We had removed half of the brick from above our fireplace. There was wallboard (drywall) behind it. All we needed was texture to match the rest of the room. Christian and his helper did the job quickly, cleaned up their mess and explained how long we needed to wait before we painted.

Started off great with an in home estimate with Anthony. He provided an extremely detailed proposal and was available for any questions. We were planning to to paint about a week later, but noticed it was forecast to rain. Anthony notified me that a project had canceled and he could send a crew to complete the project 2 days later. The crew did a great job at prepping the house and the paint job looks great!! We're so glad we decided to use Platinum Painting!!
