Description of Work: Painted cabinet and drawer fronts, walls and ceiling in Master closet. They did a good job, a bit pricey, but were very responsive if we needed them to come back to correct anything.

Description of Work: Showed up on time (hard to get on time service around here). The crew that came out were very hard-working and professional. There were a couple of areas that had to be re-touched and it was done so promptly and payment was not collected until everything was to our satisfaction...great service! One of the things that I really appreciated was the attention to detail. We were called to confirm our appointment date prior to the work being done. We were called promptly when it had to be delayed due to weather and all calls by us were promptly addressed. Loved the fact that the manager and project coordinator showed up on site to make sure everything was on track. They also showed up whenever I had any questions....again, great service!

Description of Work: This was the most responsive, professional, and helpful contractor I've worked with in a very long time. I highly recommend them for any painting project you may have. They refinished our cabinets, stair case, and painted essentially the whole inside of our house. They were responsive and fair in handling our additional work requests. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and our house is beautiful thanks to their craftsmanship and attention to detail!

Description of Work: Rotting trim was replaced in several areas around the house and entire house was caulked. The crew than taped and papered around entire house to keep paint off the areas not getting paint. They then painted house and removed all trash and debris around the house. Work was done in two days. Any areas that needed correction were corrected with no question. Very responsive to requests. Quality of work is excellent. Did not start project when stated they would but worked longer hours to try and finish on time.

Description of Work: We hired Platinum Painting to paint three rooms in our homes including our paneled living room. They did an excellent job, showed up when they promised and cleaned up everything each day. Everything our previous painters DIDN'T do. Would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: I contracted with Platinum Painting to paint the entire interior of my house, including ceilings, closets, etc. And, to remove and patch various plugs that were not functioning. I also asked that they patch two bad joints in the drywall. They knew the house would be occupied, however, since I had just moved in and not unpacked anything all of my belongings were put in the garage with the exception of my mattress, dresser and nightstand along with my sofa and TV which they covered with plastic. I even agreed to have my expensive coffee table put out on the patio wrapped in plastic. My car sat in the drive the entire time. I did everything possible to make the work easy for them. Since I office at home I stayed in my room out of their way yet available should they have questions. The first day started out great with 8 painters working. The second day there were 4 painters and one foreman who left the job leaving the painters to work. The painters spoke little English and I spoke no Spanish. Communication was not good. The work slowed down considerably. 4 painters should have accomplished much more than they did. I complained to the salesman. I was told that the job would take 4-5 days. Day 3 there were only 3 painters and the work did go better. However, they didn't do items that were on the contract. I told the painters and they said "yes" and smiled. I told the foreman and he said "yes they would do it." I told the company's representative and he assured me they would get it done. By the fourth day there were so many problems and things still not done such as 9 plugs that were not patched, the laundry room was white and should have been tan, two closets were painted with ceiling paint, laundry doors were not painted at all and areas on cabinets had no paint. The foreman and representative kept telling me they would be finished that day. I was getting frustrated and complained again. They got on the plugs (poor drywall work on their part), the closets were repainted, the laundry doors painted and they left. Day 5 there was one painter. He worked a couple hours and left. I called the office and complained. The office jumped right on it and called the salesman who called me and blamed everything on me. He was so rude I called the office and told them to never have him call me or step foot on my property. I received a lot of apologies and assurances that the work would get done. There had been an A/C leak in my office ceiling (approximately 4 feet) that required new sheetrock, tape and bed, acoustic and painting. To make up for the inconsistent work and lack of completion plus the rudeness of the salesman the representative offered to remove the extra charge for the ceiling leak repair. I thanked him and accepted his offer. The painter came back later and worked another hour. He assured me he would be back on Saturday. I waited all day Saturday and he did not show up nor did he call to let me know he would not be there. I text the foreman and complained. He promised he would be there Monday morning and take care of everything that did not get done. The foreman sent a painter out on Monday and he painted the ceiling. At this point I was so fed up I told them that if they would just finish the ceiling I would do the work they had not completed. I would paint the cabinets that had no paint, paint the laundry room tan, touch up ceiling areas myself. I would not ask anything more and I would pay them in full and I did. I told them to forget all of the work they had not done, to forget my punch list that I would pay them anyway just get the ceiling finished and we could call it quits. We were at day 8 and I was fed up with the dust, paint and filth that they left me with everyday. They got paint on my furniture, the floors and the place was a mess. They used my indoor six step house ladder and it is covered in paint. They used two of my house fans and they are covered in paint. They put a hole in my fireplace screen and I have given it away. My friend had planned to have Platinum paint the exterior of her house and after my experience with them she will not be using them. No one from the office ever called to see if they could do anything except the young representative. He asked if everything had gotten done and I said no. I had given up on them completing the job and just wanted them out of my house. I would not recommend them. I have photos, notes and a neighbor as witness to all I went through.
