From start to finish this was a headache free experience, we were able to discuss color selection and in return we were given professional and honest opions on how the color selections would look. Karl the sales rep was very reasonable with price and was reassuring about who would be entering my home to do the work, He even came by the house while the workers were still here to reassure the job was going well. The Painting crew was very kind and courteous; they cleaned up after they were done with not a speck of any thing on the carpet or furniture. We will need the out side of our house painted and they will for sure get the job for that as well. I wish all companies these days cared about doing a great job like Karl Pickens.

It all started with a door hanger. We needed to repaint the interior of most of our home and were getting bids. We added them to the list. Mr. Pickens is professional and come across and knowledgeable and trustworthy. He brought his design guy with him who suggested a lighter color for the dining room as well as a glaze to make the trim pop as well as give it a dramatic quality. The crews were punctual, happy and very good. I am critical when it comes to straight lines and trim. All if was done well, straight and cleanly. A few places needed a bit of clean up afterwards. They were already calling me to see if there were places that needed the clean up by the time I found them myself. You will be happy with every aspect of working Platinum Painting from your first phone call to completion...And you will tell all of your friends.

We first met Theresa 2 years ago when she put a glaze on the walls of our just painted kitchen and bath. At the time, she was doing this, painting murals, consulting on colors, etc. She was working with another painting contractor. When my daughter purchased her first home, we contacted Theresa about consulting on paint colors and she informed us that she now had her own painting company. We had already received a quote from the company that painted our house 2 years ago, but her quote came in much lower. She does not charge extra if there is a need for more than one coat to cover. Theresa is a young enthusiastic woman who really has an eye for design and what colors work well. With w2w you not only get professional work done, but a great color coordinator to help you pick your colors. The whole job went without a hitch. We had a small problem with the carpet installer that was suppose to have the carpet in the day before the painting was to begin, but that didn't effect Theresa and her crew on bit. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome of the house. It looked like the house had just been built.
